Takes no responsibility for defective items. Received a defective device from Remotes.com and burden of return/replacement was placed on the customer. Item had not been placed in service yet, but provider would not take any responsibility for righting the issue. Just a very poor experience.

They ignore calls, emails, messages I purchased an (expensive) aftermarket custom remote for my vehicle Blu-ray player. It arrived timely, but does not work to operate my player. I have tried for several days to contact them via several methods and cannot get any response.

I mean I did get a working remote I ordered a remote for a tv on 6/18, 9 days later I had to reach out and email someone because I was never given a tracking number. Kassandra was kind enough to inform me that "the remote was out of stock when I placed the order". I was never made aware that the remote was out of stock, specifically not when I placed the order. No worries though because, they were expecting a shipment of remotes soon. Lo and behold after another email from "Kass" they received their order of remotes and unfortunately mine wasn't on that shipment (oof). In all fairness I was offered a refund at this point or I could keep the order and they would give me priority shipping at no cost to me. Mind you I had already paid for shipping that was running roughly 2 weeks behind. I received the remote on 7/13. I took 25 days for me to get the remote. that being said it works fine and I believe it be brand new as advertised. The real issue here is clearly their lack of communication, I should NOT have to reach out to be told the thing I ordered was out of stock. Look elsewhere first or you maybe waiting a while for your orders and never know it. Also for 2021 the website is poorly designed and hard to navigate.

Misled twice, try eBay first If you are looking to replace an old remote I suggest searching eBay first. Remotes.com listed my oem remote as available. I ordered this remote but received an email several days later informing me my order was canceled because the oem remote was discontinued by the supplier. On the Remotes.com search results page for my remote there was also the possibility of what Remotes.com called a "Custom Built Replacement Redi Remote". I corresponded with a couple of customer service representatives and they told me how great the replacement would be, full functionality and everything. I ordered the replacement remote but received an email a few days later indicating they could not successfully program the replacement remote, too many error codes overwhelming the system. I did not lose any money but lost two weeks search time looking for a desperately needed remote. Remotes.com should not have web pages with items they cannot fulfill.

Never buy from them Never buy from them! I ordered a remote control on January 18 I have never received it written 3 times to the company no response since.
