USTakes no responsibility for defective items. Received a defective device from Remotes.com and burden of return/replacement was placed on the customer. Item had not been placed in service yet, but provider would not take any responsibility for righting the issue. Just a very poor experience.

USDon't just take my word, read other reviews as well Read other reviews. They falsely advertise remote control models that they do not possess and clearly have no intention of updating their website to reflect this. They send you a different model (which you can get many places cheaper) and tell you to use it instead. What this company is doing is classic bait and switch and is actually illegal and I will be reporting it.

USFalsely advertises for sale products they do not have At best, this company is falsely advertising an older remote control as being in stock, but when I questioned them via email as to whether the Sony remote in my cart would look exactly as pictured, they admitted they would ship a different newer one because Sony quit making RM YD017. I emailed them back that is false advertising of a product they do not have.
