FRLooking everywhere for a missing remote… Looking everywhere for a missing remote control for a JVC cd player i found on the site a Redi replacement.I live in Europe and i ordered it the 12 of september it arrivés the 23 so delivery was ok.Certainly it IS not the quality of a genuine JVC remote but it works and in the case your remote is no longer available have a look at this site

GBI mean I did get a working remote I ordered a remote for a tv on 6/18, 9 days later I had to reach out and email someone because I was never given a tracking number. Kassandra was kind enough to inform me that "the remote was out of stock when I placed the order". I was never made aware that the remote was out of stock, specifically not when I placed the order. No worries though because, they were expecting a shipment of remotes soon. Lo and behold after another email from "Kass" they received their order of remotes and unfortunately mine wasn't on that shipment (oof). In all fairness I was offered a refund at this point or I could keep the order and they would give me priority shipping at no cost to me. Mind you I had already paid for shipping that was running roughly 2 weeks behind. I received the remote on 7/13. I took 25 days for me to get the remote. that being said it works fine and I believe it be brand new as advertised. The real issue here is clearly their lack of communication, I should NOT have to reach out to be told the thing I ordered was out of stock. Look elsewhere first or you maybe waiting a while for your orders and never know it. Also for 2021 the website is poorly designed and hard to navigate.

GBFalsely advertises for sale products they do not have At best, this company is falsely advertising an older remote control as being in stock, but when I questioned them via email as to whether the Sony remote in my cart would look exactly as pictured, they admitted they would ship a different newer one because Sony quit making RM YD017. I emailed them back that is false advertising of a product they do not have.

IERemote does not work. No refund offered. $50. LOST RemotesRemotes.com /corrected website (Easily confused with a reputable company) Well. I have had excellent customer service with speedy replies with this company but that is absolutely the only positive thing so far, because the remote has not ever worked at all. I replaced the batteries for new ones twice. I took it to the car dealer and no hopes there as they told me it was an inferior product, and then I took it to best buy stereo installer and he said it will not function. So after googling and carrying on- all during covid, I have finally given up and now the window for return is over. $50. Gone forever. They will not return my money, there is no supervisor to speak with and guess what...no feedback or reviews can be left on their website. I do not recommend this company at all. 👎
