This company is pure fraud This company is pure fraud. When you call them they will say they have the remote control you need. If you pay, you won't see the money anymore and you won't get the remotes because they'll tell you they don't have one.

Thrilled with custom remote replacement After reading both the positive and negative reviews on this site, which are about a 50/50 split, I took a chance and bought a replacement for my 20+ year old remote that stopped working. I thought Remotes.com did a good job in making it clear that I was not buying a new OEM remote identical to the one that broke, but rather a custom-made replacement that would work the major features on my Yamaha receiver. I received the remote in less than a week, and it works perfectly right out of the box. I am very happy with my experience and the product received. As long as you understand you aren't getting an original OEM remote you'll be happy with your purchase.

Pioneer VSX 3900s receiver replacement remote I have a Pioneer VSX 3900s stereo receiver that I bought new in 1991. I still have it in 2020. Only problem, the remote died so I turned to Ebay for an OEM remote. I bought three and two were DOA so got refunded, the other one lasted about 3 months. I decided to hit the internet to see if there was anyone who sold an equivelant and came across Remotes.com I found my remote model and ordered one. Today it arrived, already programmed and was provided with batteries. The main reason for ordering this remote was so I could use the delayed function on the surround, and this remote has it! I mean I did get a working remote I ordered a remote for a tv on 6/18, 9 days later I had to reach out and email someone because I was never given a tracking number. Kassandra was kind enough to inform me that "the remote was out of stock when I placed the order". I was never made aware that the remote was out of stock, specifically not when I placed the order. No worries though because, they were expecting a shipment of remotes soon. Lo and behold after another email from "Kass" they received their order of remotes and unfortunately mine wasn't on that shipment (oof). In all fairness I was offered a refund at this point or I could keep the order and they would give me priority shipping at no cost to me. Mind you I had already paid for shipping that was running roughly 2 weeks behind. I received the remote on 7/13. I took 25 days for me to get the remote. that being said it works fine and I believe it be brand new as advertised. The real issue here is clearly their lack of communication, I should NOT have to reach out to be told the thing I ordered was out of stock. Look elsewhere first or you maybe waiting a while for your orders and never know it. Also for 2021 the website is poorly designed and hard to navigate.
