The best thing? They shipped my remote control within two hours of my order and I received it the next day! The sleek remote is awesome... better than the original, and it works like a charm! I wish I had another reason to shop at this company. In this age of digital ordering, it is impressive to have an experience that goes above and beyond!

GBPioneer VSX 3900s receiver replacement remote I have a Pioneer VSX 3900s stereo receiver that I bought new in 1991. I still have it in 2020. Only problem, the remote died so I turned to Ebay for an OEM remote. I bought three and two were DOA so got refunded, the other one lasted about 3 months. I decided to hit the internet to see if there was anyone who sold an equivelant and came across Remotes.com I found my remote model and ordered one. Today it arrived, already programmed and was provided with batteries. The main reason for ordering this remote was so I could use the delayed function on the surround, and this remote has it! Im a happy camper now. Thanks Remotes.com Youre awesome!

GBFound Finally! I was able to find a remote for my Onkyo receiver on Remotes.com for about $15 less then other websites. It arrived and i was able to operate my receiver instantly with my new remote. It looks and operates just like the original. Am very pleased.

GBI mean I did get a working remote I ordered a remote for a tv on 6/18, 9 days later I had to reach out and email someone because I was never given a tracking number. Kassandra was kind enough to inform me that "the remote was out of stock when I placed the order". I was never made aware that the remote was out of stock, specifically not when I placed the order. No worries though because, they were expecting a shipment of remotes soon. Lo and behold after another email from "Kass" they received their order of remotes and unfortunately mine wasn't on that shipment (oof). In all fairness I was offered a refund at this point or I could keep the order and they would give me priority shipping at no cost to me. Mind you I had already paid for shipping that was running roughly 2 weeks behind. I received the remote on 7/13. I took 25 days for me to get the remote. that being said it works fine and I believe it be brand new as advertised. The real issue here is clearly their lack of communication, I should NOT have to reach out to be told the thing I ordered was out of stock. Look elsewhere first or you maybe waiting a while for your orders and never know it. Also for 2021 the website is poorly designed and hard to navigate.
