USAbove and Beyond I couldn’t say enough about my great experience with remotes.com. These guys were excellent from the get-go. Finding my stereo was easy on their website and ordering was seamless. The best thing? They shipped my remote control within two hours of my order and I received it the next day! The sleek remote is awesome... better than the original, and it works like a charm! I wish I had another reason to shop at this company. In this age of digital ordering, it is impressive to have an experience that goes above and beyond!

USDon’t waste your time or money. Terrible company, ordered a remote, it came, didn’t work. Contacted them company and they told me they don’t sell a remote for my unit and that I had ordered one for an entirely different brand. I showed them Where on their own website That they advertise having a remote for my unit. They apologized and said they’ll have it looked into, and that if I pay at my own expense to return it they will Refund my the cost of the remote. This was Completely their Error, but expected me to eat the shipping costs. Meanwhile they have not changed their website, so someone else will fall victim to their con.

RSThis company is pure fraud This company is pure fraud. When you call them they will say they have the remote control you need. If you pay, you won't see the money anymore and you won't get the remotes because they'll tell you they don't have one.

USThey showed it would take 5-6 days to… They showed it would take 5-6 days to receive key. After 5 days I notice the tracking number didn’t even show it in the system. I “chatted” with someone who assured me they update me on tracking and it would be here by the end of the week. I emailed them and ask them to refund my money. Of course they acted like it was their courier fault. And said they would check on it. Really they already “checked” on it.

USMisled twice, try eBay first If you are looking to replace an old remote I suggest searching eBay first. Remotes.com listed my oem remote as available. I ordered this remote but received an email several days later informing me my order was canceled because the oem remote was discontinued by the supplier. On the Remotes.com search results page for my remote there was also the possibility of what Remotes.com called a "Custom Built Replacement Redi Remote". I corresponded with a couple of customer service representatives and they told me how great the replacement would be, full functionality and everything. I ordered the replacement remote but received an email a few days later indicating they could not successfully program the replacement remote, too many error codes overwhelming the system. I did not lose any money but lost two weeks search time looking for a desperately needed remote. Remotes.com should not have web pages with items they cannot fulfill.
