IERemote does not work. No refund offered. $50. LOST RemotesRemotes.com /corrected website (Easily confused with a reputable company) Well. I have had excellent customer service with speedy replies with this company but that is absolutely the only positive thing so far, because the remote has not ever worked at all. I replaced the batteries for new ones twice. I took it to the car dealer and no hopes there as they told me it was an inferior product, and then I took it to best buy stereo installer and he said it will not function. So after googling and carrying on- all during covid, I have finally given up and now the window for return is over. $50. Gone forever. They will not return my money, there is no supervisor to speak with and guess what...no feedback or reviews can be left on their website. I do not recommend this company at all. 👎

AUFraud!! Fraud!!! I would rate zero stars - order 2 remotes and what they sent is nowhere close to what i ordered. They do do respond to emails. Stay clear and save your money

CANever buy from them Never buy from them! I ordered a remote control on January 18 I have never received it written 3 times to the company no response since.

GBDon't just take my word, read other reviews as well Read other reviews. They falsely advertise remote control models that they do not possess and clearly have no intention of updating their website to reflect this. They send you a different model (which you can get many places cheaper) and tell you to use it instead. What this company is doing is classic bait and switch and is actually illegal and I will be reporting it.

GBThey ignore calls, emails, messages I purchased an (expensive) aftermarket custom remote for my vehicle Blu-ray player. It arrived timely, but does not work to operate my player. I have tried for several days to contact them via several methods and cannot get any response.
