CALiars. Your remotes are cheap copies… Liars who wasted my time claiming they have original remotes with pictures of the original. As posted they send you a cheap replacement you can buy elsewhere. AVOID

USThey ignore calls, emails, messages I purchased an (expensive) aftermarket custom remote for my vehicle Blu-ray player. It arrived timely, but does not work to operate my player. I have tried for several days to contact them via several methods and cannot get any response.

USThrilled with custom remote replacement After reading both the positive and negative reviews on this site, which are about a 50/50 split, I took a chance and bought a replacement for my 20+ year old remote that stopped working. I thought Remotes.com did a good job in making it clear that I was not buying a new OEM remote identical to the one that broke, but rather a custom-made replacement that would work the major features on my Yamaha receiver. I received the remote in less than a week, and it works perfectly right out of the box. I am very happy with my experience and the product received. As long as you understand you aren't getting an original OEM remote you'll be happy with your purchase.

AUFraud!! Fraud!!! I would rate zero stars - order 2 remotes and what they sent is nowhere close to what i ordered. They do do respond to emails. Stay clear and save your money
