Woeful customer service I bought a selection of small bore 90 degree elbows from here. When I received the order I discovered the diameters were larger than that quoted in their technical specs. This meant they were unsuitable for my application. It took me a month to be able to return them. Their returns web portal didn’t work and they refused to provide an alternative solution. I made multiple phone calls and emails but was continually fobbed off with excuses and a display of complete apathy in resolving the issue. When they finally did give me a returns label, I still had to chase the refund once they’d been delivered back. Extremely poor customer service and non-existent aftercare. It’s a shame really because the quality of material and construction is actually pretty good. The bigger hoses are probably alright, but I won’t be going back. Ever.

Poor service Items listed on site as in stock when they weren't causing a delay in delivery. Delivery company were then late delivering items and ASH weren't very helpful in the ordeal. Then once I'd finally received items, pipes had burr on the inside edges. Not what you would expect when you pay good money for these parts. Samco have all my future business.

Didn't meet advertised delivery time I ordered on Wednesday morning and paid around £10 extra for next day delivery. It's now Friday evening and the courier, Evri, has the item at their depot but isn't saying when it'll go out for delivery. Previous experience is that this could take up to a week. I would have picked Royal Mail or another supplier if I'd known they use Evri, and ASH shouldn't advertise delivery times which their courier can't meet so I'm marking them down. Secondly the invoice ASH sent me is in the form of a broken link to their website. They won't deal with post-purchase queries by phone, or chat, so I emailed them yesterday morning and this morning but haven't had a reply. Other than that, their product range is good although other suppliers eg Viper have a wider choice of fittings in odd sizes and delivered on time with FedEx.

I ordered and paid for 20L of Adblue… I ordered and paid for 20L of Adblue (for diesel cars) via ebay, they only shipped 10L and wouldn't respond to my request for either a part refund or the balance of the order. So I opened a case against them on ebay to which their only response was "close the case before we can respond"! Obviously I didn't and now ebay have part refunded me. These people tried to rip me off...

We have used this company for many… We have used this company for many years and cannot fault their service. The counter service at Mirfield is first class, the product is excellent and as the local Bus Museum, we have many requirements that are always met first time.
