Great products great service I've used this company several times.all mail order. They provide rapid response to technical queries. I have bought stainless steel jubilee clips from other companies which have failed. Ash's clips haven't failed me - i'll use this company again

Terrible service Terrible service Ordered a couple of parts yesterday morning and paid extra for next day delivery. I received a confirmation through and then heard nothing. Had to call twice today to find out where my parcel was or whether I could track, the first time I was left on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. The second time, I was told that they won't be able to deliver my parcel today despite the guarantee of next day delivery if purchased before 1pm the day before! Incredibly frustrating that nobody from the company communicated this to me and I had to chase them for an update. I urgently needed this product today and have been massively let down by them. Very poorly run and shoddy customer service.

Next day delivery didn't arrive... Paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Emailed Ashley, not interested. Royal mail said address inaccessible. Watched the van pull up, driver got out, checked back of van and drove off. Think they should remember Royal mail is NOT the customer!! Refused to refund next day delivery charge, no apology, lack of customer service. Just lost a customer!!

Didn't meet advertised delivery time I ordered on Wednesday morning and paid around £10 extra for next day delivery. It's now Friday evening and the courier, Evri, has the item at their depot but isn't saying when it'll go out for delivery. Previous experience is that this could take up to a week. I would have picked Royal Mail or another supplier if I'd known they use Evri, and ASH shouldn't advertise delivery times which their courier can't meet so I'm marking them down. Secondly the invoice ASH sent me is in the form of a broken link to their website. They won't deal with post-purchase queries by phone, or chat, so I emailed them yesterday morning and this morning but haven't had a reply. Other than that, their product range is good although other suppliers eg Viper have a wider choice of fittings in odd sizes and delivered on time with FedEx.

Terrible service and terrible customer service Terrible service and terrible customer service. Ordered hoses and paid for next day delivery and didn’t arrive. Told would send replacement and they didn’t turn up for three days with half my order missing. Customer service couldn’t care less. Will never use again.
