GBAVOID - Worst customer service I've ever received Placed an order for some hoses I needed for the weekend (order placed Wednesday before the 3pm cut off time) paid the extra for next day delivery. Order arrived Friday, opened the package to find my order wasn't complete... Tried to contact ASH, no response. Eventually received a response on Sunday saying "Sorry for the delay but I can see your order has now arrived", Ignoring the fact that my order was incomplete, so I contacted them again (Bare in mind this is Monday now and the job I needed the hoses for has been and gone) apparently the hose in out of stock, still shows stock on their site, so instead of offering a refund for the missing hose they offered me a hose at either a different angle or different size... WHAT USE IS THAT! Asked to be refunded, back to no response again now. Never received such poor customer support in my life. ASH - You can revoke my trade account I've just opened, I wont be doing business with you again.

GBNot a real company They wont take phone calls because they are not a real company. They have multiple websites and ebay accounts collecting orders. They do not make or have the product them selves so they have no idea if they can fulfil the order. The product will come from other suppliers with no quality control. Be aware, if you cannot speak direct with the company making the product dont buy from them.

GBRelying on Evri as your delivery… Relying on Evri as your delivery service is a big mistake. Had I know, I wouldnt have bothered ordering. Needless to say tracking for Evri was complete rubbish and a waste of time staying in to receive.

THDidn't meet advertised delivery time I ordered on Wednesday morning and paid around £10 extra for next day delivery. It's now Friday evening and the courier, Evri, has the item at their depot but isn't saying when it'll go out for delivery. Previous experience is that this could take up to a week. I would have picked Royal Mail or another supplier if I'd known they use Evri, and ASH shouldn't advertise delivery times which their courier can't meet so I'm marking them down. Secondly the invoice ASH sent me is in the form of a broken link to their website. They won't deal with post-purchase queries by phone, or chat, so I emailed them yesterday morning and this morning but haven't had a reply. Other than that, their product range is good although other suppliers eg Viper have a wider choice of fittings in odd sizes and delivered on time with FedEx.

GBDo not expect to receive the quality of… Do not expect to receive the quality of products pictured on the website. This company is selling very cheap and nasty hoses. I would not trust any of the hoses I purchased from them and have started a return. Hopefully I don't have the issues returning that others have had on trust pilot. It also seems that one persons name in particular pops up!! Ashley who emailed me back was/is rude, less than helpful and it would appear blind as a bat as he insisted I had recieved "quality" hose.
