GBMonoprice sent me several email… Monoprice sent me several email per-week. This week an item caught my eye. A 20 foot patch cable for $1.39 and it clearly stated FREE SHIPING in the email. I went to place an order for4 cables and the order page came up showing the cable and stating again FREE SHIPING. At the bottom of the page was a shipping charge for $8.99. So much for free shipping. After calling customer support I was told I would have to order $39 before I would not be charged for shipping. Nowhere on the email or the checkout page did it say this.

CAExcellent customer service! Their prices are hard to beat and they ship fast. Unfortunately, postal services lost my parcel on its way. I turned to their customer service and they resent my order with another delivery service and I received my parcel 2 days later. Impressed with how quickly they responded to my messages (always within a day). They are great.

GBThey have what I need when I need … They have what I need when I need it. I am an electronic field service technician. When I I do a service call the customer expects me to have what I need to complete the repair. I can rely on monoprice to have the equipment I need to complete the task at hand. I also am a musician .I enjoy home recording and playing. I have a few guitars and basses not to mention mixers microphones and various computer recording gadgets to play with. There is something for everyone at Monoprice.

GBGreat service and warranty replacement service! I had a metal encased iPhone lightning cable go bad. Emailed Monoprice and they immediately shipped a replacement cable, and I received it within the week. This shows how much they stand behind their products, and their lifetime warranty isn't just for show. I will continue to buy products from them and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

GBCables are great, good customer service, still confusing I ordered a USB-C cable and an S/PDIF (Toslink) optical cable. Simple, right? But there are so many USB standards, and Monoprice's web site doesn't do a good job of contrasting its "Charge & Sync" and "Data & Power" cables; I had to contact customer service who quickly responded. The AtlasFlex USB cable seems great with sturdy jacketing. Meanwhile it turns out there are full-sized and mini Toslink connectors on optical cables. Monoprice correctly describes their optical cables, but they could caption or label each picture with what kind of connector it shows.
