GBBad products This review will be a little long. I have to explain my situation so review will make sense. Back in November 2022 I bought a set from Zosi website to install at my house. Then around December a friend asked me to get a set to install at his Mom’s house because he likes the features. I have no knowledge about this set from Amazon because they registered with Zosi and I am not involved in anything after I helped him install at his mom’s house. The set I have at my house was bought from Zosi website and I started having all sorts of issues with NVR not recording which they had to replace the NVR but all of my other issues were with the cameras. I wrote a review regarding my experience which the review was pretty much negative. I average about 3 to 4 weeks before a camera goes bad. It either has issues during night time with IR not working or camera just clicking noise and not recording anything while the monitor shows “disconnected”. Each time I did all the necessary testing by switch the bad camera to a new patch cords and test the bad camera cat6 line with another patch cord and using a known working port from the back of the NVR. Each time I can only send one email and wait 24 hours for a reply because they are in China. I don’t mind the waiting but it’s when they ask to do the same thing over and over again with each time I have to wait another 24 hours. When I first contacted them about the bad cameras they pretty much told me they can’t help me because I posted a negative review with my experience and they will only help if I remove the negative review. They said if I remove the negative post they will extend another year for my warranty. Well I have a bad camera every 3 to 4 weeks and it doesn’t look like I’m going to get replacements unless I remove the negative review. Each of my 8 cameras has been replaced from 3 to 5 times already in the last 10 months. From month 11 to month 14 after installation, I have 5 bad cameras and I finally contacted them. I tried to not contact them for a single camera because it wasn’t worth my time knowing it will take a long time for them to agree that the cameras need to be replaced. That’s over half of my systems showing “disconnected”. Yes I’m going back and forth again about the testing and have to send them photos/ videos of my testing etc. After many back in forth email (one email per 24 hours) they told me the one year extended warranty was for my other set that I bought for my friend’s mom. I had email interaction with them and send them email “snippet” screen shot regarding the warranty for my house. I have all the proof and all the issues tracked at their website but they told me they will not honor the extended warranty. So now 3 months into my extended warranty period I have 5 bad cameras. According to their Zosi website that tracks my issues there are 13 issues in 14 months. Most of the issues I report to them are for multiple cameras. Their support was nice enough to provide me with a url to buy more cameras from them, NO WAY! I told them that I will be replacing the whole system with a Lorex from Costco before I’ll buy more of anything from Zosi. The point is: You will not be happy with their product or their service. They will lie to you in exchange for you to remove any negative reviews which they will not honor anyway.

GBI had a neighborhood power outage that… I had a neighborhood power outage that reset my system & my mobile access. I was blind while away on my family trip. Upon return I contacted Zosi support & was put in contact with YoYo. Man, YoYo was a life saver! They responded promptly, (even before & on a holiday) offered quick help & gave me the Christmas present of access back to my system on Christmas morning! Stellar work from this employee & I hope there are more people like YoYo with this support team.

GB• zosicctv-uk • zosicctv-uk this company is EBay based, and sell CTTV equipment Cameras separately and full setups, I bought my setup from another company but after a While wanted to replace my cameras with a better model so like you do I searched the internet and eventually came across Zosicctv-uk selling the type of cameras that are an upgrade not cheap so after reading there adveretisement settled on there cemeras as claimed these cameras can be used both inside your property and out side and weather proff, they duely arrived and I set them up outside, connected them up to my system and turned on and yes lovely picture all good, that is until a few days later and after rain I began to notice one of the cameras misting up, I’m a busy man so put up with the misty camera as once warmed up it would clear, and I really don’t want to be up and down ladders constantly changing cameras, so time moves on and another of the cameras is showing water ingress and mistting over, I am so angry and look up another company and replace these cameras from Zosicctv-uk with diffent cameras, but I make a point of leaving honest and fair feedback for the dodgy cameras from Zosicctv-uk I did not send the cameras back as I don’t have time to waste returning dodgy goods all the time bought from Ebay lesson learned, the cameras I simply threw in the trash where they belong, I still have one of the dodgy cameras up to replasce which also is misty and needs to be replaced needless to say, mean time Zosicctv-uk finding my review of there dodgy cameras email me pleading for me to plerase remove my review and they will give me a partial refund, obvoiusly I refuse but they continue to bombard me with emails making alsorts of promises, I remind them Feedback is to give future costomers an insight into the company they are patentualy going to buy from and products and how they perform, my feedback is true and honest and I will not remove it. Zosicctv-uk refuse to take no for an answer and continue with there barage of emails and promises, they even admited that former customers in the past have complained about the same problem with there camaras sufeering from water ingress, furthermore there latest promise is that they are adressing the problem with water ingress and they are prepaired to send me two replacement cameras that are at this moment being rebuilt adressing the problem and will be ready for dispatch in two weeks, meant time would I remove my feedback as it’s hurting there business daily and they promise they will hold up there end of the barging, this is the reason I neded to put this feedback up on trust pilot, this company are dodgy in the exstrame do not deal with them, there are many more customers that have complained about dodgy goods from this compant so be warned.

GBBought to keep Mum safe Bought this camera system to watch and protect my mother with dementia. Waste of money as the system totally fails. Constantly saying more than one watching feedback though it's only me. Don't waste your money on this product. Usless from day one.

GBNo thanks!! We inherited this security system last February, we asked Zosi for help as we knew nothing about it and couldn't find the previous owners password ( obviously!) so that we could install our own...they couldn't be any more unhelpful... never heard back from them after they sent the SAME message twice!!...save your money and get s system that has good customer service!
