Brought a PTZ camera and the tilt… Brought a PTZ camera and the tilt stopped working in a couple of days then it stopped connecting to the app Emailed them and spoke to Coco, the clown I can only presume. Slow communication as they were in china and the emails were sent at 3 in the morning Finally managed to get a refund but terrible customer service and terrible quality product.

Zosi CCTV camera system… my best advice to anyone thinking of buying a cctv camera system from this company is to go elsewhere!!. Why? because when it develope's a fault after a few months ( and it will ) & you send it back under warranty, they'll say they didn't receive it & you'll end up WITH NOTHING!!.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Not a good product Not a good product, if you want to see live stream only it’s fine, quality is reasonable. However if you want to review historical motion detection ie earlier in the day or week, it’s next to useless, as you can’t find motion recordings on phone app and it freezes mid viewing also the sound and picture play at different rates. Now bought an Imou ip camera with flood light, brilliant compared to ZosiSmart rubbish.

Zosi Tech support John I reached out to Zosi Tech support for a password reset via email. Zosi Tech Rep. John emailed back with clear, concise instructions and passwords. When I attempted and same didn't work. I contacted Tech Rep. John again via email and his response was a very short turnaround. I was given instructions step by step with a Youtube video attached. With how to upgrade the outdated DVR system and reset the password. Overall the mission was accomplished and everyone was happy.

Motion detection impossible to set up All I want is for the motion detection to work correctly. I have tried all permutations of the settings without success. It will detect big trees swishing about in the wind but it will not detect me walking up my path towards it. From other reviews it would appear to be pointless trying to get customer support so I will just leave it recording all the time for now.
