Save your money Would not buy anything from this company. Spent £400 on a CCTV system. 2 years later the DVR stopped working. Tech support were useless. Zosi don’t sell a stand alone DVR replacement so the only option they gave me was to buy another full £400 system with a measly 10% discount! Why would I do that when I have 8 wired in cameras which should work with a replacement box. The issue is compounded by the fact that other manufacturers boxes aren’t compatible with the Zosi cameras. Wouldn’t waste your money on anything from this company.

If I could put zero star I would If I could put zero star I would, paid a hell of a lot of money for a camera system with 4 cameras. Just one month out of warranty two cameras became faulty. Email Zosi and explained numerous UK consumer rights explaining they should last longer due to there price but they were not interested, Once they have your money for there cheaply made products they care very little. I have just opened a case with trading standards who are now investigating Zosi. BEAWARE, DONT BE SUCKER, BUY FROM A QUALITY BRAND.

We inherited this security system last February, we asked Zosi for help as we knew nothing about it and couldn't find the previous owners password ( obviously!) so that we could install our own...they couldn't be any more unhelpful... never heard back from them after they sent the SAME message twice!!...save your money and get s system that has good customer service!

Awful equipment. Awful equipment. Purchased one of their ip cameras, live view is OK, trying to recover from SD card is totally impossible. Customer support is next to useless doesn't matter what the question is always the same answer
