GBAwful equipment. Awful equipment. Purchased one of their ip cameras, live view is OK, trying to recover from SD card is totally impossible. Customer support is next to useless doesn't matter what the question is always the same answer

GBBrought a PTZ camera and the tilt… Brought a PTZ camera and the tilt stopped working in a couple of days then it stopped connecting to the app Emailed them and spoke to Coco, the clown I can only presume. Slow communication as they were in china and the emails were sent at 3 in the morning Finally managed to get a refund but terrible customer service and terrible quality product.

GBexcellent technical support bought several products, could not view video on pc, they respond with link to software, works perfect, once replaced a cable instead of me having to return entire system, excellent support

GBBeware Bought a camera system one of the cameras did not work. Contacted customer service on Nov 26 followed all request by Doris but still have not received a camera. Now dealing with Jolin. Both promised to help if I gave them 5 star review. Seems like coercion always saying we will help you later

GBBought to keep Mum safe Bought this camera system to watch and protect my mother with dementia. Waste of money as the system totally fails. Constantly saying more than one watching feedback though it's only me. Don't waste your money on this product. Usless from day one.
