My 1st time experience. Instructions were pretty clear, I received the packaging materials and instructions as stated. It took about 2 weeks from the day I mailed the box to when I received an email with an e-credit card for the amount I expected. That's the only thing I didn't like, I would have preferred a check or a prepaid credit or debit card that I could use anywhere. How do you buy something on line for exactly $23?

Bad experience never again Trademore it just Verizon company they don't even know what they are doing I send my iPad pro 12.9 6th they received over 2 week working days so that's mean about 20 days ago they never send my device back or send me the funds

Slow and unhelpful customer service The apartment number was not included in the shipping address. They stated that they couldn't change it, and FedEx will now not deliver it and will not let me pick it up from them. There is no number to call Trademore to talk to someone, and I have no way of fixing this without my device being sent back to them... so frustrating

I was just like you. I was the same as you. Skimming through whatever reviews I could find, I would always find a reason and wait another day because someones review would impact me. One day I started comparing prices and conditions of iPhones and I finally decided that I would give TradeMore a chance. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with this iPhone 11. The shipping is top notch, I don't think I waited more than 2 days. The phone is flawless, no chips, no scratches, super easy SIM import from old phone, and they include a charger. While the phone condition was good (not… While the phone condition was good (not quite the excellent they claimed) my problem was that the phone I purchased still had an unpaid balance due which is not cool. I can’t recommend buying from them... Update: TradeMore responded and offered to help which I appreciate, but the phone is already on its way back being returned. That said, selling phones that have unpaid balance due is not cool and as stated, my review above stands
