About TradeMore

Our team at TradeMore strives to create a seamless customer experience that empowers people to unlock the value of used devices in a sustainable manner. We believe that an older device has more value being re-purposed out in the world than sitting in a drawer collecting dust. Our goal is to extend the life-cycle of technology, while reducing the impact on our environment and passing the value onto our customers.

Wasn't sure but gut said, "Do it!" Looked all over amazon, ebay, best buy, etc., etc., for a quality used iphone and just wasn't finding what we wanted for a good price. Saw that someone mentioned TradeMore online so I had a look, read the positive and negative but had a real good gut feeling about it that I did not have with the others. Happy I trusted my instinct because we received a fantastic fully functioning iphone 11 at a great price. Arrived before we knew it and are extremely happy.

My 1st time experience. Instructions were pretty clear, I received the packaging materials and instructions as stated. It took about 2 weeks from the day I mailed the box to when I received an email with an e-credit card for the amount I expected. That's the only thing I didn't like, I would have preferred a check or a prepaid credit or debit card that I could use anywhere. How do you buy something on line for exactly $23?

I filled in their questions honestly then they bait-and-switch! I filled in their questions 100% honest. Accepted their $7 offer figuring it was better than NOT recycling. Then they write back telling me my device is worth $0 as if I lied. They spent more in postage than just paying me my $7 but it's their loss.

They Couldn't Tell The Difference Between a Pixel 3a and a Pixel 2 They incorrectly classified my phone as a Pixel 2 instead of a 3a and knocked my trade in down. Astonishing. If they can't even tell the difference between two phones (especially since the orange button on the side is a dead giveaway for the Pixel 3as) then how do you expect them to properly gauge your trade in? Avoid them at all cost. Instead, you should trade your phone in directly to your carrier or just sell it.

Trade more falsely quotes devices to… Trade more falsely quotes devices to their own benefit. Their standards for phone conditions go as followed “ Perfect - Fully functional in like-new condition with no scratches or blemishes. Good - Fully functional with normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic scratches. Poor - Device is not fully functional or has cracked screen and/or bent housing.” I a phone salesman have worked with cellphones for many years and and understand and can agree with these terms. So when given a quote that a iphone 11 with no existing damage and functional problems was quoted to their standard as poor. It leads me to believe that trademore is nothing more than a scam.
