About TradeMore

Our team at TradeMore strives to create a seamless customer experience that empowers people to unlock the value of used devices in a sustainable manner. We believe that an older device has more value being re-purposed out in the world than sitting in a drawer collecting dust. Our goal is to extend the life-cycle of technology, while reducing the impact on our environment and passing the value onto our customers.

After researching this website &… After researching this website & looking into reviews I decided to try my luck & buy my first iPhone from TradeMore. I’m glad I did. The shipping was fast. The price was extremely affordable. The condition of the phone was in fact “excellent” my SIM card from my network provider worked without any problems. Would definitely recommend TradeMore to my family & friends & will be using them in the future.

While the phone condition was good (not… While the phone condition was good (not quite the excellent they claimed) my problem was that the phone I purchased still had an unpaid balance due which is not cool. I can’t recommend buying from them... Update: TradeMore responded and offered to help which I appreciate, but the phone is already on its way back being returned. That said, selling phones that have unpaid balance due is not cool and as stated, my review above stands

Very disappointed in company and… Very disappointed in company and service. They say that the phone I sent in was a different model and the offer was rescinded. I just got that model from Consumer Cellular and turned around to upgrade and needed to sell the Moto E5 play, which they said is not the model. Go figure what they are thinking. Very disappointed with overall activity with this company.

They Couldn't Tell The Difference Between a Pixel 3a and a Pixel 2 They incorrectly classified my phone as a Pixel 2 instead of a 3a and knocked my trade in down. Astonishing. If they can't even tell the difference between two phones (especially since the orange button on the side is a dead giveaway for the Pixel 3as) then how do you expect them to properly gauge your trade in? Avoid them at all cost. Instead, you should trade your phone in directly to your carrier or just sell it.

I filled in their questions honestly then they bait-and-switch! I filled in their questions 100% honest. Accepted their $7 offer figuring it was better than NOT recycling. Then they write back telling me my device is worth $0 as if I lied. They spent more in postage than just paying me my $7 but it's their loss.
