USTrade more falsely quotes devices to… Trade more falsely quotes devices to their own benefit. Their standards for phone conditions go as followed “ Perfect - Fully functional in like-new condition with no scratches or blemishes. Good - Fully functional with normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic scratches. Poor - Device is not fully functional or has cracked screen and/or bent housing.” I a phone salesman have worked with cellphones for many years and and understand and can agree with these terms. So when given a quote that a iphone 11 with no existing damage and functional problems was quoted to their standard as poor. It leads me to believe that trademore is nothing more than a scam.

USPhone came locked I ordered from Trademore and within 2 days time the "new" phone was sitting at my doorstep. Supposedly I needed to sign for it, but it was just dropped outside my apartment building. Opened it up and the phone is in excellent condition. Here's the kicker. The phone is locked and I can't unlock it. Their customer service is only available during weekday work hours while my carrier's IT department is laughing at me purchasing from a used retailer.

USI was just like you. I was the same as you. Skimming through whatever reviews I could find, I would always find a reason and wait another day because someones review would impact me. One day I started comparing prices and conditions of iPhones and I finally decided that I would give TradeMore a chance. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with this iPhone 11. The shipping is top notch, I don't think I waited more than 2 days. The phone is flawless, no chips, no scratches, super easy SIM import from old phone, and they include a charger. USSlow and unhelpful customer service The apartment number was not included in the shipping address. They stated that they couldn't change it, and FedEx will now not deliver it and will not let me pick it up from them. There is no number to call Trademore to talk to someone, and I have no way of fixing this without my device being sent back to them... so frustrating

USMy 1st time experience. Instructions were pretty clear, I received the packaging materials and instructions as stated. It took about 2 weeks from the day I mailed the box to when I received an email with an e-credit card for the amount I expected. That's the only thing I didn't like, I would have preferred a check or a prepaid credit or debit card that I could use anywhere. How do you buy something on line for exactly $23?
