GBVery disappointed in company and… Very disappointed in company and service. They say that the phone I sent in was a different model and the offer was rescinded. I just got that model from Consumer Cellular and turned around to upgrade and needed to sell the Moto E5 play, which they said is not the model. Go figure what they are thinking. Very disappointed with overall activity with this company.

GBThey received my phone over 2 weeks ago… They received my phone over 2 weeks ago and still no update on their site or money sent to my PayPal account. Will not be using them again.

GBa wonderful website! my aunt helped her daughter buy a phone off from trademore, so i bought a phone (iPhone 12 pro max) to see how it is. i got the excellent condition, 256 gb, and unlocked and it came perfectly! just like they said, it did come in within 2 business days through fedex. i suggest if you do order it, have someone be at your home for you so when fedex delivers your phone they’re able to sign it off for you. i will be definitely ordering more iPhones for cheaper prices on trademore!!

GBHorrible response time I sent an unsealed iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in the box unopened to Trademore recently, and I know they received it because I looked up the tracking number and saw that it had arrived. I tried to call them, but they didn't have a number, so I emailed them to find out when I would get my payment through my PayPal account. They should definitely have a customer service number. If I knew that they'd take their time I would have sold my Iphone to other companies that has way better response time like isurgeon, Save Gadget, Gadget Pickup, Itsworthmore, and more that's listed on the website of Sellcell.com all of which Trademore isn't listed. This was their response: Thank you for contacting Trademore Support! A member of our team will reach out to you within 1 to 2 business days and will happily answer your question or resolve your issue. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. We truly appreciate your business, and we will aim to get back to you as promptly as we can. GBI filled in their questions honestly then they bait-and-switch! I filled in their questions 100% honest. Accepted their $7 offer figuring it was better than NOT recycling. Then they write back telling me my device is worth $0 as if I lied. They spent more in postage than just paying me my $7 but it's their loss.
