SEScam They announce their 2 year warranty everywhere, but that does not mean anything. Because it's impossible to get in contact with this company. For the past 6 weeks I have tried every way of contact they have and have not got a single response. The earbuds were okay, but one of mine suddently stopped working(not charging nor booting) after a few months of usage.

GBEnacfire Bad Service I have been emailing, calling and texting for two weeks because I need a new charging cable. NO RESPONSE.

GBE90 failed after a years use and customer service failed me too. I have the E90 Buds and have had left bud issue.I have tried everything others have put forward to help me solve the problem.DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.I have sent ENACFIRE several emails with my consumer number and the issue I have but they have completly ignored my emails.I also had ENACFIRE E60 but they too failed.My E90 only lasted a year I was expecting better customer service from ENACFIRE.I have since after about 20 emails received a response from ENACFIRE and finally got a replacement pair.But after only 4 weeks they to have failed and I have sent around 6 emails with pictures of the box and buds with all the consumer and item numbers but once again no response from ENACFIRE.Its now 20th August and still waiting for a reply.

GBA terrific product!! I bought a set of the Encafire E20 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones from Amazon.co.uk So easy to set up. Great quality and so comfortable, you forget that they are there. And I did need to contact the company directly on a non technical issue, and the quality of service was beyond compare. And NO, I am not being paid to post this review; I am more than capable of scathing comment! I am no music geek, I use this product to listen to Audiobooks from my mobile phone. The charging unit is very well made and the battery life is excellent. In short, very well made, comfortable and great battery life - what's not too like??

GBThis is the second pair of Enacfire… This is the second pair of Enacfire wireless buds I've bought. 1st pair stopped working as a pair. 2nd pair stopped working as a pair and despite numerous emails asking how I could return them under warranty, I have yet to receive a reply. I've given up and will buy from a more reputable brand.
