Scott is very professional and I am not very familiar with these tech stuff at beginning. And when I received the product I don’t even know who to pair up! So I ask for help from their support. Great guy named Scott helped me to get pro at using these earphones.

Portable, smart and great sound Enacfire headphones have been great, they are so small and compact to carry around with you - and are amazing to wear when travelling as they are wireless! when I wear them for gym they stay in my ear, and don't move which is great for a high intensity workout. E60 is very nice pair of earphones.The first impression was amazing.They look really stylish. Fit in is perfect, they really isolate great. Functionality is just amazing . A terrific product!! I bought a set of the Encafire E20 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones from Amazon.co.uk So easy to set up. Great quality and so comfortable, you forget that they are there. And I did need to contact the company directly on a non technical issue, and the quality of service was beyond compare. And NO, I am not being paid to post this review; I am more than capable of scathing comment! I am no music geek, I use this product to listen to Audiobooks from my mobile phone. The charging unit is very well made and the battery life is excellent. In short, very well made, comfortable and great battery life - what's not too like??

Customer for life. Lost my first pair, had them more than a year. The battery life is phenomenal, the sound and noise canceling is perfect. I use them when I’m zoning out while I garden. It’s easy to set up the connection to one and both headphones separately. I’m definitely going to continue to buy their brand. I had some issues regarding shipping, it was UPS not enacfire. When I contacted Enacfire a representative emailed me back in less than 12 hours, sent me all the info I needed and was super kind about the whole thing.

Absolutely useless company a big scam Absolutely useless company a big scam. I bought a pair of Enacfire f1 as a mate had them mine stopped charging in 6 months but the buds charged in his box so was charging case tried contacting them but no reply bought another pair to charge both sets with one case but in 3 months that charging case stopped charging too sent numerous emails to the company and not had any reply. Avoid this company at all costs the buds were nice but once they break which in my experience with 2 sets are a low quality product and will be soon the guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on
