SEScam They announce their 2 year warranty everywhere, but that does not mean anything. Because it's impossible to get in contact with this company. For the past 6 weeks I have tried every way of contact they have and have not got a single response. The earbuds were okay, but one of mine suddently stopped working(not charging nor booting) after a few months of usage.

ESScott is very professional and I am not very familiar with these tech stuff at beginning. And when I received the product I don’t even know who to pair up! So I ask for help from their support. Great guy named Scott helped me to get pro at using these earphones.

ITDisappointing The hadphones stopped working, so I contacted the costumer support and they told me that I would have received a replacement. I never got the replacement and they also stopped answering my emails and my texts. Very unfair since I was also asked to write a review before receiving the new headphones

GBSketchy company Earbuds worked well until one of them died. I contacted customer support because they were still within the two year warranty, but they made excuses as to why they couldn’t refund me or replace the earbud (They claimed their funds were frozen by Amazon for example. This doesn’t make any sense) This is the last time I purchase earbuds that are not name brand.

GBAbsolutely useless company a big scam Absolutely useless company a big scam. I bought a pair of Enacfire f1 as a mate had them mine stopped charging in 6 months but the buds charged in his box so was charging case tried contacting them but no reply bought another pair to charge both sets with one case but in 3 months that charging case stopped charging too sent numerous emails to the company and not had any reply. Avoid this company at all costs the buds were nice but once they break which in my experience with 2 sets are a low quality product and will be soon the guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on
