Portable, smart and great sound Enacfire headphones have been great, they are so small and compact to carry around with you - and are amazing to wear when travelling as they are wireless! when I wear them for gym they stay in my ear, and don't move which is great for a high intensity workout. E60 is very nice pair of earphones.The first impression was amazing.They look really stylish. Fit in is perfect, they really isolate great. Functionality is just amazing . I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them. amazing compact carry case and charger that can fit in your pocket

Enacfire buds - Great Service!!! I bought Enacfire buds from Amazon. It's been more than a year. The left bud stopped working. Sent an email to Enacfire customer services. They reply as promised within 24 hours. They asked for the Amazon order number. Could not fix the problem but without asking they sending me a new pair! I will highly recommend this company. just bough Enacfire future & the sound is amazing. Will tell all my mates to buy their products.

Sketchy company Earbuds worked well until one of them died. I contacted customer support because they were still within the two year warranty, but they made excuses as to why they couldn’t refund me or replace the earbud (They claimed their funds were frozen by Amazon for example. This doesn’t make any sense) This is the last time I purchase earbuds that are not name brand.

Good produce, better service, happy customer I ordered ENACFIRE E60 Bluetooth V5.0 Wireless Earbuds with Wireless Charging Case from amazon.com on 10/6/2020. It worked great at the very beginning and after several months the volume became very low even I set it to the maximum. I was lazy and did not contact ENACFIRE at that time. When I finally contacted the customer care group, it's already in the middle of Sept. 2021. I thought it was partially my fault to not try to solve the problem right after, so I asked if they can repair it for me. The representative is very considerate and offers a replacement without any problems. I think the produces are important, but the good service is more important to bring more customers. I think next time when I need electronics I will go with their produces first and recommend them to my friends for sure.
