GBSketchy company Earbuds worked well until one of them died. I contacted customer support because they were still within the two year warranty, but they made excuses as to why they couldn’t refund me or replace the earbud (They claimed their funds were frozen by Amazon for example. This doesn’t make any sense) This is the last time I purchase earbuds that are not name brand.

ESScott is very professional and I am not very familiar with these tech stuff at beginning. And when I received the product I don’t even know who to pair up! So I ask for help from their support. Great guy named Scott helped me to get pro at using these earphones.

DEIs this company even around anymore? The company just ignores ANY form of communication. Official mail, chat via website, social media. The product wasn't so bad but broke within warranty nonetheless.
