Disappointing The hadphones stopped working, so I contacted the costumer support and they told me that I would have received a replacement. I never got the replacement and they also stopped answering my emails and my texts. Very unfair since I was also asked to write a review before receiving the new headphones

Faulty earpiece I contacted customer service about an issue with one of my G20 earpiece. I'm glad they have offered to send me a replacement. I m grateful for the prompt response.

Problems with ENACFIRE 60 earbuds I bought ENACFIRE 60 earbuds 4 months ago and one of them started to work with a very low volume. I asked the Customer Service and they told me that the earbuds will be replaced as part of the warranty. I am wainting to receive the new ones, but the service seems to me to be really well.

Good produce, better service, happy customer I ordered ENACFIRE E60 Bluetooth V5.0 Wireless Earbuds with Wireless Charging Case from amazon.com on 10/6/2020. It worked great at the very beginning and after several months the volume became very low even I set it to the maximum. I was lazy and did not contact ENACFIRE at that time. When I finally contacted the customer care group, it's already in the middle of Sept. 2021. I thought it was partially my fault to not try to solve the problem right after, so I asked if they can repair it for me. The representative is very considerate and offers a replacement without any problems. I think the produces are important, but the good service is more important to bring more customers. I think next time when I need electronics I will go with their produces first and recommend them to my friends for sure.

Sketchy company Earbuds worked well until one of them died. I contacted customer support because they were still within the two year warranty, but they made excuses as to why they couldn’t refund me or replace the earbud (They claimed their funds were frozen by Amazon for example. This doesn’t make any sense) This is the last time I purchase earbuds that are not name brand.
