Won't buy anymore My buds lasted a month and then almost no volume. No response from customer support

Portable, smart and great sound Enacfire headphones have been great, they are so small and compact to carry around with you - and are amazing to wear when travelling as they are wireless! when I wear them for gym they stay in my ear, and don't move which is great for a high intensity workout. E60 is very nice pair of earphones.The first impression was amazing.They look really stylish. Fit in is perfect, they really isolate great. Functionality is just amazing . I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them. amazing compact carry case and charger that can fit in your pocket

Good produce, better service, happy customer I ordered ENACFIRE E60 Bluetooth V5.0 Wireless Earbuds with Wireless Charging Case from amazon.com on 10/6/2020. It worked great at the very beginning and after several months the volume became very low even I set it to the maximum. I was lazy and did not contact ENACFIRE at that time. When I finally contacted the customer care group, it's already in the middle of Sept. 2021. I thought it was partially my fault to not try to solve the problem right after, so I asked if they can repair it for me. The representative is very considerate and offers a replacement without any problems. I think the produces are important, but the good service is more important to bring more customers. I think next time when I need electronics I will go with their produces first and recommend them to my friends for sure.

Absolutely useless company a big scam Absolutely useless company a big scam. I bought a pair of Enacfire f1 as a mate had them mine stopped charging in 6 months but the buds charged in his box so was charging case tried contacting them but no reply bought another pair to charge both sets with one case but in 3 months that charging case stopped charging too sent numerous emails to the company and not had any reply. Avoid this company at all costs the buds were nice but once they break which in my experience with 2 sets are a low quality product and will be soon the guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on

A terrific product!! I bought a set of the Encafire E20 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones from Amazon.co.uk So easy to set up. Great quality and so comfortable, you forget that they are there. And I did need to contact the company directly on a non technical issue, and the quality of service was beyond compare. And NO, I am not being paid to post this review; I am more than capable of scathing comment! I am no music geek, I use this product to listen to Audiobooks from my mobile phone. The charging unit is very well made and the battery life is excellent. In short, very well made, comfortable and great battery life - what's not too like??
