GBI just called to day with an issue and … I just called today with an issue and was going to pay the $20 fee but they out source through India and I had to repeat myself 3 times and my laptop started to die on me. The problem is with my charging port I believe. Then, when I told her she is not understanding my problem she said now I understand.????????? I told her if she can send me to customer care in the U.S. and she said there is none. ????? So, I said you know what never mind my laptop is dying and I wasted 20 minutes just repeating what I said. She tried then get my serial number to charge me and I said no thank you and hung up. Worst customer service support I have ever experienced. I will never buy another Toshiba again in my lifetime.

GBI bought a Toshiba SSD which worked… I bought a Toshiba SSD which worked fine until a power cut occurred, the security lock came into force and I cannot remove it. after repeated emails to @"customer services " no reply. I have bought a lot of Toshiba products in the past and having this poor Toshiba customer serices worries me and I will probebly look elsewhere. Devcent ssd but no aftercare. M Ladyman

GBWorst technical department Worst technical department. The service is beyond horrible. Kevin Williams (Florida) has you on hold for the longest time, only to get a message that he's out of the office for the ENTIRE DAY! and does not allow you to leave a message.

FRAll that probably somewhat tries to… All that probably somewhat tries to compete with Chinese brands, for that you really need to make some effort as you can really see. I am still somewhat happy with my old Toshiba laptop but I do assume it's just not that good of what it used to be.

ESIs there really a customer service in Toshiba? I am trying to contact Toshiba to download a driver that does not exist on its website for my laptop model, something that I do not already explain beforehand. I can't get in touch with any human being. And I, as a human being that I am, have already made the decision not to buy any product of this company again 😤
