TZAn Encounter with Toshiba Hi, My name is Dickson, I am an Architect, I bought my Toshiba Laptop from a friend, I was in doubt first if it will do my work of designing complex structures, it was on May last, up to now, I've never open my Toshiba Laptop because of complex problem. only servicing, I am really happy with Toshiba. By now I want to bless my niece with it who is in University doing Architect and guess what, I am going for another New Toshiba Laptop. Thanks to Toshiba

GBI bought a Toshiba SSD which worked… I bought a Toshiba SSD which worked fine until a power cut occurred, the security lock came into force and I cannot remove it. after repeated emails to @"customer services " no reply. I have bought a lot of Toshiba products in the past and having this poor Toshiba customer serices worries me and I will probebly look elsewhere. Devcent ssd but no aftercare. M Ladyman

MYBadly engineered GR-R39MD refrigerator We bought a GR-R39MD refrigerator on May 2014 from CSH branch in Kedah state. From day we noticed that the freezer doesn't freeze properly it took 3 days to start freezing and water always overflow under fridge. I called the support and their guy only came to adjust the position of the heater and ofocurse water kept flowing out. After 3 years Ice started accumulating in the freezer compartment and at certain point the refrigerator doesn't cool the food anymore and many times food will turn bad. When we called the support, we got the feeling that they don't really care. They asked for money just to come and inspect although was still under warranty. We resorted to defrosting accumulated Ice manually from time to time which started every 8 weeks and now reached every 10 days and as u can imagine it is a pain in the ass that every Toshiba buyer will face. Good h.... Toshiba, this is our last Toshiba in our house.

GBI have a toshiba satellite laptop that… I have a toshiba satellite laptop that is the worst electronic product i have ever owned. I never seen a computer do so many updates and take hours and yes hours to update. If the computer was not new i would throw it in the trash compactor!
