TOSHBIBA Service Sucks My computer started to rumble during the guaranteeperiod. I brought it back to its reseller Computerland. 4 times they tried to fix it and blackmailed me into payment of € 81 otherwise I couldn't get my computer back. I approached the Dutch Consumers Organisation and my complaints were found to be true,m admitted by both Computerland and Toshiba. They would give it another try to repair it or I would get a new computer. I am still waiting for my computer. It's been away now for half a year, except for a few days around Christmas. Both companies lie to the Dutch Consumers organisation. They promise but don't deliver at all. So my advice to all of you : Don'T BUY A TOSHIBA product. Their service SUCKS

Beware of Toshiba tech support Beware of Toshiba tech support. On Friday April 4 my Toshiba laptop would not connect to my network although three other non-Toshiba devices connected as they always had. A call to Toshiba technical support resulted in a $199.99 charge and around an hour of fiddling with both my laptop and modem by two technicians, including a senior technician. When they were done none of my devices would connect to the network and I had been provided with an incorrect diagnosis: that the wifi radio was turned off. Fortunately, a technician at my ISP was able to undo the damage and fix the original problem in about five minutes. It is too bad that I paid for annual support since I will throw the laptop in the trash before I let Toshiba technicians near it again.

I bought an air conditioner I bought an air conditioner, it has worked much better than the others that I have had to buy and so far I have not had any problems!

All that probably somewhat tries to… All that probably somewhat tries to compete with Chinese brands, for that you really need to make some effort as you can really see. I am still somewhat happy with my old Toshiba laptop but I do assume it's just not that good of what it used to be.

I just called to day with an issue and … I just called today with an issue and was going to pay the $20 fee but they out source through India and I had to repeat myself 3 times and my laptop started to die on me. The problem is with my charging port I believe. Then, when I told her she is not understanding my problem she said now I understand.????????? I told her if she can send me to customer care in the U.S. and she said there is none. ????? So, I said you know what never mind my laptop is dying and I wasted 20 minutes just repeating what I said. She tried then get my serial number to charge me and I said no thank you and hung up. Worst customer service support I have ever experienced. I will never buy another Toshiba again in my lifetime.
