Is there really a customer service in Toshiba? I am trying to contact Toshiba to download a driver that does not exist on its website for my laptop model, something that I do not already explain beforehand. I can't get in touch with any human being. And I, as a human being that I am, have already made the decision not to buy any product of this company again 😤

All that probably somewhat tries to… All that probably somewhat tries to compete with Chinese brands, for that you really need to make some effort as you can really see. I am still somewhat happy with my old Toshiba laptop but I do assume it's just not that good of what it used to be.

Toshiba customer support is horrible spent 14 hours over 2 days with their support 888-933-0322 and after paying $69.95 they completely miss diagnosed my keyboard problems as a hardware problem and contact service center to replace keyboard. They also provided a part #, After a 2minute call to a service center they said to power down the computer pull battery and reinstall and reboot. Wow, keyboard is fully functional. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY $$$> Good bye Toshiba!

I have a toshiba satellite laptop that… I have a toshiba satellite laptop that is the worst electronic product i have ever owned. I never seen a computer do so many updates and take hours and yes hours to update. If the computer was not new i would throw it in the trash compactor!

Beware of Toshiba tech support Beware of Toshiba tech support. On Friday April 4 my Toshiba laptop would not connect to my network although three other non-Toshiba devices connected as they always had. A call to Toshiba technical support resulted in a $199.99 charge and around an hour of fiddling with both my laptop and modem by two technicians, including a senior technician. When they were done none of my devices would connect to the network and I had been provided with an incorrect diagnosis: that the wifi radio was turned off. Fortunately, a technician at my ISP was able to undo the damage and fix the original problem in about five minutes. It is too bad that I paid for annual support since I will throw the laptop in the trash before I let Toshiba technicians near it again.
