GBGreat TV & company I purchased a Toshiba Fire TV about a year ago and I am completely satisfied with it. I did have a problem with the remote after a few days. I contacted Toshiba support and the rep set up a replacement immediately. The new remote arrived three days later. The TV quality in all aspects has been great. Picture, sound... I would be confident recommending Toshiba to anyone.

GBI have a toshiba satellite laptop that… I have a toshiba satellite laptop that is the worst electronic product i have ever owned. I never seen a computer do so many updates and take hours and yes hours to update. If the computer was not new i would throw it in the trash compactor!

ESIs there really a customer service in Toshiba? I am trying to contact Toshiba to download a driver that does not exist on its website for my laptop model, something that I do not already explain beforehand. I can't get in touch with any human being. And I, as a human being that I am, have already made the decision not to buy any product of this company again 😤

NLTOSHBIBA Service Sucks My computer started to rumble during the guaranteeperiod. I brought it back to its reseller Computerland. 4 times they tried to fix it and blackmailed me into payment of € 81 otherwise I couldn't get my computer back. I approached the Dutch Consumers Organisation and my complaints were found to be true,m admitted by both Computerland and Toshiba. They would give it another try to repair it or I would get a new computer. I am still waiting for my computer. It's been away now for half a year, except for a few days around Christmas. Both companies lie to the Dutch Consumers organisation. They promise but don't deliver at all. So my advice to all of you : Don'T BUY A TOSHIBA product. Their service SUCKS
