Worst technical department Worst technical department. The service is beyond horrible. Kevin Williams (Florida) has you on hold for the longest time, only to get a message that he's out of the office for the ENTIRE DAY! and does not allow you to leave a message.

Great TV & company I purchased a Toshiba Fire TV about a year ago and I am completely satisfied with it. I did have a problem with the remote after a few days. I contacted Toshiba support and the rep set up a replacement immediately. The new remote arrived three days later. The TV quality in all aspects has been great. Picture, sound... I would be confident recommending Toshiba to anyone.

Very poor tv software and app support Very poor tv software and app support. I have to reboot the tv almost daily in order to use their built-in apps such as Netflix. I think they use a Linux backend, with very little effort out into it.

It is an Innovative product It is an Innovative product. It's a air fryer a convection oven a toaster oven a microwave and it's built in one unit. I really love it so easy to use. And it takes up less room in my kitchen.
