Defective Products and Zero Customer Support We purchased 3 mirrors and 2 of the mirrors were defective. We attempted to communicate with the company and despite hiring specialized engineering support, Evervue REFUSED to refund or support our requests. I have numerous photos of the defective wiring. I can provide emails from the "owner" who refused to provide any support. We have reached out to Evervue president and local representatives and they refuse to provide service. We even engaged a law firm to help us pursue a claim but have no way to reach them out of the country. I have invoices and photos we have shared of the issues but can't paste them all to this review. I'm happy to upload or talk with any Evervue representative! -Why you are rejecting the business' response Evervue’s response is NOT accurate. The installer has NOT changed the wiring configuration; the installer actually labelled all wires when the mirrors were initially removed from the box and in receiving such poor customer response troubleshooted to get the mirrors lights to turn on. We can provide multiple affidavits, under oath, that the installer has not changed the wiring. In fact, the wiring, we believe was DEFECTIVE from the start. We have provided photos of the issue. Evervue states that “all is good and resolved now”. THAT IS NOT TRUE. NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND WE HAVE CONTINUED TO EMAIL EVERVUE AND RECEIVED NO REPLY. My most recent email to Evervue is attached. Evervue states “the mirrors will work great” --- on the contrary, the mirror lights DO NOT WORK. We are not satisfied and want to return all 3 mirrors for a full refund unless we get an English speaking technical support manger to CALL our TEAM --- we have spent literally dozens of hours on having professionals attempt to get this mirrors operational and have had ZERO support. The correct lay out of the wires DOES NOT fix the issues we have faced. The lights do NOT work. The debris in the largest mirror is STILL there. We have engaged the electrician, the architect, the contractor and numerous specialty subcontractors, and all have confirmed the mirrors are defective. We proposed that Evervue send a new controller and dimmer (mostly price) and we could ask our team to attempt to use those parts, but otherwise we have NO clue why these mirrors are NOT working. The largest mirror which has a LIGHT that actually DOES turn on is defective because it has DEBRIS inside the mirror frame. Pictures of this issues have been forwarded to Evervue. And still no response. -Mention any additional concerns you would like the business to address. As previously stated (also in the email attached) we propose (1) Evervue have their legal team contact me directly, (2) Evervue send alternative controller and dimmer and we could attempt to have those parts installed to see if that is the issue, (3) send us 3 boxes and we will ship ALL three mirrors to the USA showroom for a full refund. Please NOTE that Evervue has skirted even addressing the debris which is INSIDE the frame on the largest mirror. Again, we have encouraged HUMAN interaction and replacement parts --- so far Evervue has only sent “blaming” emails that inaccurately claim this is our installer’s fault! Evervue has taken NO responsibility. Latest email attached> Our TEAM of professional have encouraged Evervue to send replacement parts (including controller and dimmer) to see if perhaps that could help. Do not buy an outdoor TV from this company! We purchased an Overview Cosmos 50" outdoor TV in July 2017. It took a long time to arrive (came from China I think) and when installed immediately had condensation problems behind the front screen. Evervue said this was normal - really - on a supposedly waterproof TV?! Then 14 months after we bought it, the sound failed. After taking the TV off the wall to investigate (hoped the audio out cable had come loose), I discovered there was no sound at all (including internal speakers). Replacing the TV on the wall, I reconnected the HDMI and low and behold - the picture had now also failed. I contacted Evervue support 3 times by email and they took a long time to respond. Their telephone number just goes to voicemail. Eventually replied but no solution was offered, not even for a chargeable repair. £2,500 utterly wasted on a TV that has never worked properly since we bought it. Poor quality product and a terrible service. Evervue Reply - Firstly, your company may be incorporated in the USA, but like countless others, your operations appear to be entirely in China. It took 5 weeks for you to deliver it to my home in the UK and all of your "support" is provided from China. As other reviewers have commented, it takes a lot of time and several attempts to solicit any response from your support people and then you face a series of mindless "troubleshooting" questions over days by email - one question at a time implying user error. At no point - ever - did Evervue offer any sensible advice (first time anyone from your company suggested the Android box (which by the way is not the problem) or offer to repair the TV free or at a charge. What I did get and very quickly was an email threatening me with legal action from Evervue if I did not take down my negative reviews. I did my homework on the reviews I found from your "thousands of satisfied customers" on Google and they were fakes created by or for Evervue. It seems like other reviewers here have had a similar experience to me but you are now employing the same tactics of writing responses to their reviews blaming the customer. Instead, try actually talking to your dissatisfied customers about their experiences and trying to help them. Finally, the outdoor TV's you sell are installed in completely sealed aluminium and plastic cases. There are no user-serviceable parts and a TV engineer I had look at mine said that the only way to access the components that had failed on it was to cut open the case thereby losing the moisture resistance and even then he doubted it could be economically fixed. In brief, when it fails for any reason you have two options - to ship it back to China for a repair at who knows what cost or scrap it. Not much of a choice for a product that cost £ thousands!

I bought an Evervue Ocea Pro in… I bought an Evervue Ocea Pro in 32-inch. This TV cost over $2k and didn't come with a manual. There should be a manual included that explained how the product worked, how to troubleshoot, and that ALL connections need to be checked prior to installation. Also, the manual should tell you to buy a wifi repeater upfront, so you don't have issues with that. We paid to have the TV mounted in our shower only to find out the sound was not working. When I emailed and told them I could not get the sound working, they asked for pictures of the back panel, videos, etc. but the TV was already installed so we had to remove it from the wall to check everything. They did respond every time but there was a delay due to time differences. So frustrating! We finally did the issue fixed and the TV seems to be working ok now. The remote is also hard to use so make sure you get the touchscreen. Just understand that there is no live customer service.

Arrogant, legally questionable Arrogant. I was interested in buying one of their TVs from abroad. When I had a question their local office (Netherlands) referred me to the US. My concern was that their terms and conditions violated local laws. Specifically that a remote control was not covered by the product warranty (it is, the law covers the entire product including accessories). When I pointed this out they refused to look into it and were adamant that they were correct and I was not (I am, I checked with our consumer’s society where I’m a member). I can’t tell you whether or not to do business with these people. But I can tell you that you will face this kind of attitude if something goes wrong. Als reading their responses and (alleged) legal threats in response to reviews… made me buy from a competitor.
