CAHard to right a constructive and fair… Hard to write a constructive and fair review as Evervue have bad reviews taken down as fast as you post them. I am now asked to share the experience despite contacting them multiple times. @ Evervue, you have asked previously what the issue was as you had no records. I sent you the records and the person i was dealing with just to remind you... I will not waste any more of my time with this company. As for the product. Ive taken it apart and added a Roku stick as i find the user interface to be too awkward and slow. If you do order this product and are in Canada. You will need to pay all the import duties but i was not told until after you make the purchase. I had to add 15% on the price.

ESI regret deeply my bought at EVERVUE When I bought 2 qaio smart mirrors I thought that was my best decision, but unfortunately the mirrors never worked properly since day 0, I sent some mails, videos with explanation of the problem which weren’t downloaded, and they never gave me a solution for the problem . So when I wrote them to express my frustration they threatened to close my account , (for that they answer not for giving a solution), now I have two expensive mirrors that are unuseful like tv’s and that I want to return but they have never sent me the instructions to return ,I’m waiting for .

GBLove the new cosmos tv Love the new cosmos tv. they updated well on my shipment. I am a happy customer. for anyone who is considering the tv, 32" is large enough. No need to spend more money on a larger one.

GBDo not buy an outdoor TV from this company! We purchased an Overview Cosmos 50" outdoor TV in July 2017. It took a long time to arrive (came from China I think) and when installed immediately had condensation problems behind the front screen. Evervue said this was normal - really - on a supposedly waterproof TV?! Then 14 months after we bought it, the sound failed. After taking the TV off the wall to investigate (hoped the audio out cable had come loose), I discovered there was no sound at all (including internal speakers). Replacing the TV on the wall, I reconnected the HDMI and low and behold - the picture had now also failed. I contacted Evervue support 3 times by email and they took a long time to respond. Their telephone number just goes to voicemail. Eventually replied but no solution was offered, not even for a chargeable repair. £2,500 utterly wasted on a TV that has never worked properly since we bought it. Poor quality product and a terrible service. Evervue Reply - Firstly, your company may be incorporated in the USA, but like countless others, your operations appear to be entirely in China. It took 5 weeks for you to deliver it to my home in the UK and all of your "support" is provided from China. As other reviewers have commented, it takes a lot of time and several attempts to solicit any response from your support people and then you face a series of mindless "troubleshooting" questions over days by email - one question at a time implying user error. At no point - ever - did Evervue offer any sensible advice (first time anyone from your company suggested the Android box (which by the way is not the problem) or offer to repair the TV free or at a charge. What I did get and very quickly was an email threatening me with legal action from Evervue if I did not take down my negative reviews. I did my homework on the reviews I found from your "thousands of satisfied customers" on Google and they were fakes created by or for Evervue. It seems like other reviewers here have had a similar experience to me but you are now employing the same tactics of writing responses to their reviews blaming the customer. Instead, try actually talking to your dissatisfied customers about their experiences and trying to help them. Finally, the outdoor TV's you sell are installed in completely sealed aluminium and plastic cases. There are no user-serviceable parts and a TV engineer I had look at mine said that the only way to access the components that had failed on it was to cut open the case thereby losing the moisture resistance and even then he doubted it could be economically fixed. In brief, when it fails for any reason you have two options - to ship it back to China for a repair at who knows what cost or scrap it. Not much of a choice for a product that cost £ thousands!

GBNo Response From Evervue - Yet Again Evervue emailed me stating they would not provide assistance unless I removed a negative review from Trustpilot. I refused. Evervue then posted to Trustpilot stating they had never heard of me and could I provide purchase details. I have provided them with proof of purchase, order number and receipt. They then asked for contact details so they could resolve my issue "personally". I provided them with my email and telephone number. Unsurprisingly Evervue have not made contact. This is a company that expends much effort in trying to appear responsible and professional, presumably to get more sales, while completely ignoring requests for help, providing zero product support and blaming customers for any operating faults. This company does not deserve your money. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM EVERVUE.
