PTTerrible experience. Do not buy from them If I could i would give it 0. This company is terrible. Its really bad. They send me a product that never worked, for three months they asked me to replace cables, open panels, send pictures and videos, and never worked. Then, when asked for a refund they stop responding. There is not customer support line, they take days to weeks to respond- and then they stop responding. Its a matter of time until there is classaction against them. My purchased was just a terrible experience. They are just terrible. I spend three months following their instructions in trying to fix this mirror- never worked. When asked for a refund- they get extremely rude and stop responding. As a Military veteran this has cause so many headaches. I'll take any help out there against this company. DO not buy from this company.

CAHard to right a constructive and fair… Hard to write a constructive and fair review as Evervue have bad reviews taken down as fast as you post them. I am now asked to share the experience despite contacting them multiple times. @ Evervue, you have asked previously what the issue was as you had no records. I sent you the records and the person i was dealing with just to remind you... I will not waste any more of my time with this company. As for the product. Ive taken it apart and added a Roku stick as i find the user interface to be too awkward and slow. If you do order this product and are in Canada. You will need to pay all the import duties but i was not told until after you make the purchase. I had to add 15% on the price.

GBWORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !! I bought a QAIO TV mirror about 9-10 months ago and despite myself and my paid TV installer following the online manual meticulously, we were unable to get either of the two TV screens to work. To date it has been an endless nightmare trying to get them to rectify the problem. They apparently do not have a technical help customer service department you can actually call and speak to directly. All "help" seems to be online and based on the grammar of their e-mails I would guess located in China. They seem to think their customers are TV/Computer repair technicians as they would have you break waterproof seals and enter in to components on the back of the TV/mirror and reconnect cables and take videos of what you are seeing, etc and upload to them. I have also been asked to replace an Android box with an additional one that had incorrect connections on it. I have paid $$$$ to my own TV/AV technician who says the TV/Mirror is defective and he can't understand why the company is treating their customers in this fashion. I have now been communicating by email since I bought the TV/Mirror and I get the impression they are never going to honor their warranty and ship me a replacement or refund me my money. I guess I will have to accept I got taken for a sucker by this company. I will never deal with this company again. Buyer beware ! I wish I would have read all the awful reviews of this company on Trustpilot, prior to buying anything from them.

MXWorst customer service i have ever seen After weeks of trying to get something serious out off the technical support group, i get answers like, use the button to turn on and off the tv. For an issue that the tv resets instead of turns off whenever i push it. The tv looks nice, but the wifi reception is so bad compared to all other items in the same room that i had to put a wifi repeater next to the Tv. The adapter makes a sound when the tv is turned off. And the apps are so so. Apparently my provider spectrum doesn’t even make an app for this platform. So all in all, still waiting for decent support , not a happy customer at all. Would like to be taken seriously. UPDATE: after placing this feedback above I was informed by mail (finally) that only if I removed all negative feedback they could start solving issues (and something about having to be humble to get any help...again no name or contact details). I informed them I’d prefer seeing the fix first. After this I simple got ignored like i had been before. I do not believe there is an actual support team with any tech knowledge in the company. Simple delay until it goes away tactics. My recco, stay away from this ‘company’.
