GBI have ordered from Evervue a few times… I have ordered from Evervue a few times over the past years, customized LED mirrors. Their sales team helps with the ordering process which is quick, efficient, and very easy. The shipment was delayed on two occasions but overall a pleasant experience and reliable supplier.

GBI got exactly what I expected I got exactly what I expected. Beautiful mirror with a tv. The clarity of the tv is outstanding. Great communication throughout the entire process. Jackie quickly responded to my emails when I had a question. The packaging was unbelievable. There was no way this unit was going to be damaged during shipping.

GBLove the new cosmos tv Love the new cosmos tv. they updated well on my shipment. I am a happy customer. for anyone who is considering the tv, 32" is large enough. No need to spend more money on a larger one.

GBNO SUPPORT from company AT ALL! I purchased an Evervue Ocea Style 220 Smart Touch Bathroom TV. It does not work. It has power. It will not connect to my wifi. I have purchased an extender. I have hired an IT professional. It does not work. I have written to their tech support and all I get back are emails telling me to do what I have already done (as stated in my emails). I have called the help line and they do not answer. They just direct you to write to their support line. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Update to my original review: The final resolution was a full refund, only after I got the credit card company involved. To address their accusation that I did not know how to operate an Android product, I brought in an expert IT support tech, just to be sure that was not the issue. In the end, since they claim upon receipt of the returned tv, that it worked w/out issue, then that only reinforces my suggestion to not purchase their product since that "perfect" is way below satisfactory. The only way I would amend this to a favorable review would be if they admit their product was faulty and their support was sub-par.
