AUBe warned - service is pathetic. Ordered 4 x RAM chips from Mwave. A somewhat urgent requirement but expecting the usual 'in the post a day or 2 later' as is the case with every other online supplier. Placed an order on 13th. Four days later order status is still "processing". No phone number to contact them. Their chat is merely a bot that can't answer anything.

AUOrdered monitor, not delivered, no refund for 3 months (at least) I ordered a monitor online at the beginning of November (it's February now). I never received the monitor, nor a refund. I contacted customer service twice, both times was assured that the issue would be resolved. It was not resolved. The tickets were closed and I was ignored further. I've just raised my third customer service request. Who knows if I'll ever get my money back? Robbery.

AUIncompetence runs rampant at this company. I used to buy a lot of items from mwave in the past. However bad customer service, business procedures and wait times have taken it's toll. I will never recommend mwave again and would much rather pay a premium to another company that values it's customers. To put things into perspective it took mwave staff over 45 minutes to retrieve a mouse that I had bought. This trend is also not a one off.

AUThe service here is terrible The service here is terrible! You can't call them which is insane, plus, when something is shown as in stock and one orders click n collect, it can take days to get that email needed to go pick it up! They need to revamp their customer service and allow customers to actually call them.

AUThey're regularly a bit slower than… They're regularly a bit slower than their claimed times on the website - which is frustrating enough that I often buy elsewhere. Otherwise - reasonable range and prices. Have successfully exchanged a faulty product.
