BAD BAD BAD I recently made a purchase on their online site. they provided with second hand item that had hair inside. i made full payment however the product arrived as a used/ or tested product that was definitely not new. reported them to accc. never again Mwave.

AUDo yourself a favour, avoid these cowboys like the COVID! The only reason they get any stars is because the person on the online chat actually replied to me. I cancelled my order because it took them 4 days to do precisely nothing after taking my money. (Order processing for the entire time although their site claims that items which are in stock at Mwave process within 24hrs.) Do yourself a favour, go to Scorptech instead, slightly more expensive, but at least you know they will stick to their their word. Avoid these cowboys like the COVID!

AU10/10 would order from again 10/10 would order from again! Got a new cpu and mobo from these guys, mobo was taking a while coming from supplier so contacted mwave and they told me it'd be atleast a week so they told me I could find another mobo that is in stock there and they can change my order, so I did and everything I ordered got shipped the same day, fantastic customer service, thankyou!

AUFaulty GPU Faulty GPU, refusal to accept it's been faulty since I purchased it, over 2 months ago. I already have proof to show it's been repaired previously, and it has failed again. DON'T DO IT. They say they refund/repair on their FAQs, but it's rubbish, over a week waiting and still no progress to admit my GPU isn't working the way it should be.
