AUSelling Used Product AS NEW ONE! BAD BAD BAD I recently made a purchase on their online site. they provided with second hand item that had hair inside. i made full payment however the product arrived as a used/ or tested product that was definitely not new. reported them to accc. never again Mwave.

AUFaulty GPU Faulty GPU, refusal to accept it's been faulty since I purchased it, over 2 months ago. I already have proof to show it's been repaired previously, and it has failed again. DON'T DO IT. They say they refund/repair on their FAQs, but it's rubbish, over a week waiting and still no progress to admit my GPU isn't working the way it should be.

AUThey're regularly a bit slower than… They're regularly a bit slower than their claimed times on the website - which is frustrating enough that I often buy elsewhere. Otherwise - reasonable range and prices. Have successfully exchanged a faulty product.

AUReturn policy is confusing and misleading. Awful customer service, stay away. Multiple unclear email notifications on order status change (got 4 emails on every status change and was not clear what status means that it is ready for pickup). AUCan't even ship correct Item... Bought a mouse Pad that took a few weeks to arrive, only for it to be the complete wrong mouse pad. Now have to return the mouse pad on my own effort before I can get what I ordered in the first place. laughably unprofessional and a waste of time, would not recommend!
