For many years before Amazon purchased Woot and after, I never had a single issue. The items are as described and arrive on time. Woot doesn't deliver overnight like Amazon, but this is explained many times across the site. I've purchased numerous computers for multiple businesses and homes, always in excellent condition for the price! But of course, for refurbished products at this price, you can't expect the same level of customer service you get at a retail store. Don't be naive!
