GBHorrible shipping practice. Woot charges $5 for shipping regardless of the item's size or weight. It then uses USPS parcel select (one of the slowest ways to ship things known to man) which can take up to 14 days. That's in addition to the 2-3 days wait while the item is "preparing for shipment." It's hard to fathom how a company owned by Amazon (who has arguably the best shipping policies) can be sloppy.

GBSent bad air conditioner no replacement… Sent bad air conditioner no replacement or able to repair. Fighting to get a refund get nothing but a million useless emails and put me off for return and refund. How can Amazon which is always good with return policy's be affiliated with this company. Do not buy.

GBGood Deals, Slowwww....Service Great product (open box laptop) but took 2 weeks before they shipped it - and that was after admitting they had plenty in stock. Then ordered software. I downloaded the software itself and then had to wait another week to get the serial number - by email!

GBWoot uses United Pony Service I placed an order with Woot and received confirmation and UPS tracking info but yet still 3 weeks later nothing!!! It keeps saying delayed but unless UPS has united pony or mule division I cannot understand what the delay could be? Thank goodness I didn’t spend any significant money with these people.

GBCustomer service is terrible Due to COVID (our office being closed), we were not able us use or test the refurbished computer we purchased from Woot. When we got back in the office, we tried to start it and literally nothing happened. I did not ask for a refund, just a comparable replacement. Most companies are understanding during this pandemic, I guess Woot doesn't care. I will be sure to share my feels about Woot whenever I get a chance.
