Customer service is terrible Due to COVID (our office being closed), we were not able us use or test the refurbished computer we purchased from Woot. When we got back in the office, we tried to start it and literally nothing happened. I did not ask for a refund, just a comparable replacement. Most companies are understanding during this pandemic, I guess Woot doesn't care. I will be sure to share my feels about Woot whenever I get a chance.

great problem resolutiom -- Purchased a refurbished MS Surface Pro… Purchased a refurbished MS Surface Pro that was supposed to come with a keyboard and pen. Arrived a few days before expected and the pen was in the box but no keyboard. I contacted Woot and within 12 hours had a response offering a free return or a $30 credit. I asked for the credit but noted that a replacement keyboard from Amazon would cost me $44 and asked for a $44 credit. Within 4 hours had a response and a $50 credit. I'm very satisfied.

Ordered a PC and paid for 2 day… Ordered a PC and paid for 2 day shipping. Expected delivery was 1/5/2024 at noon. It's the end of the 3rd day and nothing has been delivered! Customer support told me the product was showing delivered today. I have been home all day and nothing or no one from Woot has show up. Starting to fell I've been scammed. Good thing I used a Credit Card. Will be able to dispute the payment. I had high hopes that an Amazon Co. was going to be able to deliver for me.....Live and learn, then tell others !

Fighting to get a refund get nothing but a million useless emails and put me off for return and refund. How can Amazon which is always good with return policy's be affiliated with this company. Do not buy.

Worst Customer Service I've purchased through Woot before and had ok experience. Unfortunately, I recently purchased a t-shirt that ended up being slightly too small. I emailed to see if I could exchange size and NO. WOOT DOES NOT ALLOW SIZE EXCHANGES! What poor business and customer service. I want to support artists, but Woot DOES NOT. I will never buy from WOOT again. My money will never support another designer because Woot DOES NOT support their DESIGNERS or their customer. Poor upcoming artists. Woot lied to you.
