Worst Customer Service I've purchased through Woot before and had ok experience. Unfortunately, I recently purchased a t-shirt that ended up being slightly too small. I emailed to see if I could exchange size and NO. WOOT DOES NOT ALLOW SIZE EXCHANGES! What poor business and customer service. I want to support artists, but Woot DOES NOT. I will never buy from WOOT again. My money will never support another designer because Woot DOES NOT support their DESIGNERS or their customer. Poor upcoming artists. Woot lied to you.

Woot is owned by Amazon and useless and… Woot is owned by Amazon and useless and is an example of support-less online sales. I cannot create a woot account, only login using my Amazon Prime account credentials which is says are incorrect. I have tried all options, multiple browsers (3), cleared history, cache etc. all to no avail. I cannot access Woot customer service because I cannot login. Amazon support (once you find out how to reach them) is clueless, they have never even heard of Woot.

Woot uses United Pony Service I placed an order with Woot and received confirmation and UPS tracking info but yet still 3 weeks later nothing!!! It keeps saying delayed but unless UPS has united pony or mule division I cannot understand what the delay could be? Thank goodness I didn’t spend any significant money with these people.

Idk how this website is even allowed to… Idk how this website is even allowed to be up. I ordered a mirror and it arrived shattered into pieces , they do not give you a number to call and ask that you shift through questions to find an answer . I email them 4 times and get no response. Do not purchase from them

Customer service is terrible Due to COVID (our office being closed), we were not able us use or test the refurbished computer we purchased from Woot. When we got back in the office, we tried to start it and literally nothing happened. I did not ask for a refund, just a comparable replacement. Most companies are understanding during this pandemic, I guess Woot doesn't care. I will be sure to share my feels about Woot whenever I get a chance.
