Ordered many times since 2004 Ordered many times since 2004, and never had any issues. Based on some reviews, many can think that it's a scam company - It's not. For many years before Amazon purchased Woot and after, I never had a single issue. The items are as described and arrive on time. Woot doesn't deliver overnight like Amazon, but this is explained many times across the site. I've purchased numerous computers for multiple businesses and homes, always in excellent condition for the price! But of course, for refurbished products at this price, you can't expect the same level of customer service you get at a retail store. Don't be naive!

Woot was great back in the day before… Woot was great back in the day before Amazon took over. They had great deals and the Bag O' C was always exciting. Since Amazon took over the sites quality and deals have dropped unfortunately.

Horrible shipping practice. Woot charges $5 for shipping regardless of the item's size or weight. It then uses USPS parcel select (one of the slowest ways to ship things known to man) which can take up to 14 days. That's in addition to the 2-3 days wait while the item is "preparing for shipment." It's hard to fathom how a company owned by Amazon (who has arguably the best shipping policies) can be sloppy.

Worst Customer Service I've purchased through Woot before and had ok experience. Unfortunately, I recently purchased a t-shirt that ended up being slightly too small. I emailed to see if I could exchange size and NO. WOOT DOES NOT ALLOW SIZE EXCHANGES! What poor business and customer service. I want to support artists, but Woot DOES NOT. I will never buy from WOOT again. My money will never support another designer because Woot DOES NOT support their DESIGNERS or their customer. Poor upcoming artists. Woot lied to you.
