The best shopping experience ever!! I'm a longtime Woot shopper. I recently bought a Russell Hobs Coffee Maker. The price was awesome (and it is not refurbished), Somehow it go delivered in 2 days! I just love it, it's frigin beautiful. Yes, a beautiful coffee maker. Using the timer, it made me the coffee I'm drinking right now and I could not be happier! What a great experience, really exceptional. Happy birthday to me!

Disgusting company, people and processes Sent me wrong product and incorrect product was in absolutely disgusting, disease ridden nasty shape, then offered me a partial refund to keep it to offset their return shipping cost. Ruined my Valentine's day surprise with false promises. Atrocious quality, people, processes. Do not shop here. Protect yourself from these fraudsters. It's been ~2 weeks and I'm still fighting to get my money back.

Out $200 When I requested a return label for a $200 reconditioned Sharp robot vacuum that didn't work well, they sent a return label for a $50 reconditioned Sharp stick vacuum I had bought seven months before. After twenty-seven polite and clear communications over a two month period(not an exaggeration) explaining their error, neither Woot nor Amazon, could grasp the concept. It seems I am out $200. What a royal pain-in-the-patootie. Last time I buy through Woot (not that they'll notice).

Ordered a PC and paid for 2 day… Ordered a PC and paid for 2 day shipping. Expected delivery was 1/5/2024 at noon. It's the end of the 3rd day and nothing has been delivered! Customer support told me the product was showing delivered today. I have been home all day and nothing or no one from Woot has show up. Starting to fell I've been scammed. Good thing I used a Credit Card. Will be able to dispute the payment. I had high hopes that an Amazon Co. was going to be able to deliver for me.....Live and learn, then tell others !

Woot bank scam My bank called to stop an illegal attempt via the Woot website to withdraw USD$400 from my account. I had never heard of this company prior to this event. I contacted Woot for an explanation, just received a generic format reply which put the onus on me to check on my account. I asked for more details, but have not been acknowledged.
