My experience with Nomad First time reading these reviews and I am shocked at the rating. I have been using Nomad Cases for 4 Years now and these cases hold up well. With my experience with Nomad it’s been pretty good. Last year I ordered the 14 Pro Max case on accident (I have the 14 Pro) and sent it back, they delivered the new one to me with no issues. As far as durability of these Cases (the horween leather ones) these are indestructible! I’ve dropped this damn phone so many times with no damage done, It’s actually weird. My only small issue are the shipping costs for Canada and the Sticker packs they used to give out with each order. Seems like they must’ve cheaped’ out a bit and didn’t give me anything last time.

2 Sport Watch Straps + Charging Station I ordered 2 “sport” bracelets for my Apple Ultra 2, and a 3-in-1 charging base on Nov 20, 2023. I received everything, in Portugal, on Nov 29, 2023. No duty. But, the courier charge was $90. The charging station seems excellent. Very heavy. Matches my bedside table, and works great. The bracelets also look very nice, and were discounted for BFCM. Like another reviewer commented they are a mm or 2 skinnier than the OEM apple straps. For the gym, I don’t care. Just buyer beware. Because of this, however, I won’t buy the very expensive titanium strap. Sorry Nomad. My experience was excellent! The products I got, I’m happy with, and I’m also glad I gave a great Shopify powered business a shot, in spite of some iffy reviews lately. Thank you Nomad!

iPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case… iPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case DEFECTIVE! The case is defective, and I submitted a complaint through their online portal. I got an email saying that they would respond within 1-3 business days, and I never got a response. I wasted $70 for a junk case and no customer support. FedEx tracking says the product originated from China. BUYER BEWARE!

Faulty watch strap and shocking… Faulty watch strap and shocking service! Ordered a watch strap in November 2022. Finally arrived in Jan 2023 but is faulty. Does not fit on my apple watch which it is designed to do. Emailed customer service to complain with photos and they have ignored me. Shocking service and appears the other customer experiences are similar to mine....Avoid at all costs! Update - Have amended to 3 stars as they have now replied and said they will refund. Will update to 3 stars if refund is received.

Scammed after canceling the order I cancelled my order the same day I bought a case for my tablet and they returned me 20 dollars less then they should. There is no contact with the company. I do not recommend them unless you want to get scammed!
