Scammed after canceling the order I cancelled my order the same day I bought a case for my tablet and they returned me 20 dollars less then they should. There is no contact with the company. I do not recommend them unless you want to get scammed!

non existent service/poor goods Should have read reviews here before ordering, but ordered a leather horoween band which fell apart within a few weeks. the replacement sent out fell apart too, and then customer service decided they couldn't be bothered to reply to anything several follow up emails. unprofessional, poor quality, AVOID.

Very poor quality. Bought a Rugged band for my Apple watch ultra after seeing several reviews on YouTube which seemed very positive. What a mistake!!! First, I received the band with a bit of silicone missing on the stainless steel parts and also several scratches - I thought the band wouldn’t move but I was wrong. After less than 3 weeks the band can be removed effortlessly, not very useful for an outdoor sports watch!! Those products are joke - not worth more than any Amazon Chinese products. Faulty watch strap and shocking… Faulty watch strap and shocking service! Ordered a watch strap in November 2022. Finally arrived in Jan 2023 but is faulty. Does not fit on my apple watch which it is designed to do. Emailed customer service to complain with photos and they have ignored me. Shocking service and appears the other customer experiences are similar to mine....Avoid at all costs! Update - Have amended to 3 stars as they have now replied and said they will refund. Will update to 3 stars if refund is received.

I ordered an expensive Apple Watch band… I ordered an expensive Apple Watch band in November 2022. It arrived in late February 2023. It does not fit my Apple Watch Ultra, despite being marketed to work with it. In looking at on-line reviews it seems there are many people with the same issue. Customer service sent me a video on how to put the watch band on, but it still does not fit. Customer service has not yet responded with a solution to my issue. I imagine they are very busy dealing with other complaints, but this is still poor service.
