GBLazy Employees Nomadgoods.com produces beautiful products, but the actual employees make dealing with this company a complete drag. They work 4 day work weeks which wouldnt be an issue, if it wasn’t for the fact that it takes them well over a week to even process and ship an order, despite their website stating that “orders placed after 10a on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.” Im not even sure that Nomad knows to ship my order out. Chloe who manages their support team is quick to be annoyed, and more often than not, will ignore any negativity and not respond. I had purchased a $200 wireless charging pad which was and is defective. Nomad refused to email me back, despite me commenting in the open support ticket more than 8 times. Don’t waste your money and sanity dealing with this brand. Congrats on the 4 day work week, but how about actually doing the work, Nomad?

GBFast delivery to UK For some reason I can only buy nice Pixel Buds case from a US company so even though I was hesitant about the reviews I took the plunge. They arrived within 4 days from FedEx and it's really good quality. It was shipped from HK but still not bad for a purchase from the UK.

GBTerrible Quality It took 2 weeks to ship an expedited product that turned out to be the cheapest quality piece of leather I have ever seen despite the entire product page describing the apparent best leather manufacturer in the US. There are thousands of reviews online but you can't actually review your purchases so these are clearly mostly fake. The real ones are all the same - the worst quality you could possibly imagine. Avoid at all costs.

AUpurchased a few items from Nomad I’ve purchased a few bands from nomad more recently the titanium. I was disappointed in first one because their tolerance on fitting to watch was incorrect which destroyed the rubber in the middle push in part of lug. They sent me replacement under warranty. They must have started getting similar complaints because with the new “replacement” they sent video. I have two other colours since and no problem. I had been looking at the titanium and was def put off by cost. But one random day I got a 30% code. So I purchased not expecting quick delivery given other reviews I had read. However it arrived in a week and is quality on the ultra. The only pitiful thing with ultra is the kind of silly and cumbersome link adjustment

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Ordered an Apple Watch band in November, still haven’t received it and standard customer service response is “we will notify you when it ships”. Cancelled the order today. I should have read the reviews prior to buying. Avoid this company at all costs.
