CAMy experience with Nomad First time reading these reviews and I am shocked at the rating. I have been using Nomad Cases for 4 Years now and these cases hold up well. With my experience with Nomad it’s been pretty good. Last year I ordered the 14 Pro Max case on accident (I have the 14 Pro) and sent it back, they delivered the new one to me with no issues. As far as durability of these Cases (the horween leather ones) these are indestructible! I’ve dropped this damn phone so many times with no damage done, It’s actually weird. My only small issue are the shipping costs for Canada and the Sticker packs they used to give out with each order. Seems like they must’ve cheaped’ out a bit and didn’t give me anything last time.

GBnon existent service/poor goods Should have read reviews here before ordering, but ordered a leather horoween band which fell apart within a few weeks. the replacement sent out fell apart too, and then customer service decided they couldn't be bothered to reply to anything several follow up emails. unprofessional, poor quality, AVOID.

GBI ordered an expensive Apple Watch band… I ordered an expensive Apple Watch band in November 2022. It arrived in late February 2023. It does not fit my Apple Watch Ultra, despite being marketed to work with it. In looking at on-line reviews it seems there are many people with the same issue. Customer service sent me a video on how to put the watch band on, but it still does not fit. Customer service has not yet responded with a solution to my issue. I imagine they are very busy dealing with other complaints, but this is still poor service.

GBFast delivery to UK For some reason I can only buy nice Pixel Buds case from a US company so even though I was hesitant about the reviews I took the plunge. They arrived within 4 days from FedEx and it's really good quality. It was shipped from HK but still not bad for a purchase from the UK.

GBiPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case… iPhone 15 ProMax Horween Leather Case DEFECTIVE! The case is defective, and I submitted a complaint through their online portal. I got an email saying that they would respond within 1-3 business days, and I never got a response. I wasted $70 for a junk case and no customer support. FedEx tracking says the product originated from China. BUYER BEWARE!
