Phone case rubber was of poor quality… Phone case rubber was of poor quality and started to disintegrate and also damage my iPhone (caused pitting of metal) after a couple of years of use. Products look attractive and well made but they are not built to last.. which ironically seems to be their USP. Poor customer service.

Don't buy anything from Nomad Goods Leather cases are made with extremely cheap materials and leather will rip and tear from normal usage. Mine ripped in less than 2 days and customer support refused to replace or refund the product--offering a rather cold reply to my inquiry. Spend your money elsewhere. I got an email saying that they would respond within 1-3 business days, and I never got a response. I wasted $70 for a junk case and no customer support. FedEx tracking says the product originated from China. BUYER BEWARE!

May have OK products but the company sucks. Nomad seems to have some pretty good products. However, I would be leery to do more business with them since they promise to answer their emails, but don't even bother to answer and explain things that are asked of them. Please find other reviews in other places that say the same thing, that they do not respond to emails even though they promise to do so. My question is would anyone like doing business with a company that has so little regard or courtesy that they just pretend that they care? How utterly low class is that? Finally they emailed me for a review, but when I stated the same as above, I was not allowed to complete the review. My take on that is they must have many bad reviews and don't wish to allow them, even though they asked. Low rent outfit.

Very poor quality. Bought a Rugged band for my Apple watch ultra after seeing several reviews on YouTube which seemed very positive. What a mistake!!! First, I received the band with a bit of silicone missing on the stainless steel parts and also several scratches - I thought the band wouldn’t move but I was wrong. After less than 3 weeks the band can be removed effortlessly, not very useful for an outdoor sports watch!! Those products are joke - not worth more than any Amazon Chinese products.
