Horrible quality for the price and abysmal customer service Nomad not only took forever to ship something that was supposed to be "expedited shipping" by cancelling shipments but the item was of poor quality and defective on arrival. There seems to be issues of QC and tolerances which is unacceptable for such expensive items. Support team takes forever to reply if they reply at all. Don't do business with them!

Faulty watch strap and shocking… Faulty watch strap and shocking service! Ordered a watch strap in November 2022. Finally arrived in Jan 2023 but is faulty. Does not fit on my apple watch which it is designed to do. Emailed customer service to complain with photos and they have ignored me. Shocking service and appears the other customer experiences are similar to mine....Avoid at all costs! Update - Have amended to 3 stars as they have now replied and said they will refund. Will update to 3 stars if refund is received.

Terrible Quality It took 2 weeks to ship an expedited product that turned out to be the cheapest quality piece of leather I have ever seen despite the entire product page describing the apparent best leather manufacturer in the US. There are thousands of reviews online but you can't actually review your purchases so these are clearly mostly fake. The real ones are all the same - the worst quality you could possibly imagine. Avoid at all costs.

I got an email saying that they would respond within 1-3 business days, and I never got a response. I wasted $70 for a junk case and no customer support. FedEx tracking says the product originated from China. BUYER BEWARE!

purchased a few items from Nomad I’ve purchased a few bands from nomad more recently the titanium. I was disappointed in first one because their tolerance on fitting to watch was incorrect which destroyed the rubber in the middle push in part of lug. They sent me replacement under warranty. They must have started getting similar complaints because with the new “replacement” they sent video. I have two other colours since and no problem. I had been looking at the titanium and was def put off by cost. But one random day I got a 30% code. So I purchased not expecting quick delivery given other reviews I had read. However it arrived in a week and is quality on the ultra. The only pitiful thing with ultra is the kind of silly and cumbersome link adjustment
