GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Ordered an Apple Watch band in November, still haven’t received it and standard customer service response is “we will notify you when it ships”. Cancelled the order today. I should have read the reviews prior to buying. Avoid this company at all costs.

GBDon't buy anything from Nomad Goods Leather cases are made with extremely cheap materials and leather will rip and tear from normal usage. Mine ripped in less than 2 days and customer support refused to replace or refund the product--offering a rather cold reply to my inquiry. Spend your money elsewhere. Order #4201089688 for anyone at Nomad who sees this and wants to stand behind their product.

GBFaulty watch strap and shocking… Faulty watch strap and shocking service! Ordered a watch strap in November 2022. Finally arrived in Jan 2023 but is faulty. Does not fit on my apple watch which it is designed to do. Emailed customer service to complain with photos and they have ignored me. Shocking service and appears the other customer experiences are similar to mine....Avoid at all costs! Update - Have amended to 3 stars as they have now replied and said they will refund. Will update to 3 stars if refund is received.

GBPhone case rubber was of poor quality… Phone case rubber was of poor quality and started to disintegrate and also damage my iPhone (caused pitting of metal) after a couple of years of use. Products look attractive and well made but they are not built to last.. which ironically seems to be their USP. Poor customer service.

GBHorrible quality for the price and abysmal customer service Nomad not only took forever to ship something that was supposed to be "expedited shipping" by cancelling shipments but the item was of poor quality and defective on arrival. There seems to be issues of QC and tolerances which is unacceptable for such expensive items. Support team takes forever to reply if they reply at all. Don't do business with them!
