GBTerrible company Terrible company. My wife spent over $4000 on a stove, which the salesman told her that it was complete, the legs were attached and it was "no assembly required". BS, this was a DIY project (plus it was in a massive wooden crate which had to be disassembled, which she was told the delivery company would open it up to be sure no damage.. they didn't), LOTS of assembly, including picking up and supporting a 200+ lb stove to assemble the legs. No way 2 senior citizens could do this, I complained and a day later they called back and say the delivery company would come back and install the legs (10-15 minute job) for $225. Never believe ANYTHING they say. The product is beautiful (ILVE stove) but the customer service sucks big time.

GBAnyone crazy enough to order from AJ… Anyone crazy enough to order from AJ Madison should make sure that when replacing an appliance for a new one that ALL Measurements triple confirm. We order a new Bosch range to replace an Bosch range. The new appliance is off by 1”. We contact AJ Madison for a return and they said to us that the return/replace will trigger a 30% of the cost. So let’s say $2,300 + $300delivery + $100 installing will cost us over $700 to return the appliance. That’s simply PREDATORY PRACTICES in my opinion. Stay away from this company

GBTERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Most reviews are written as part of promotion. Order placed a month ago, took 2 weeks to ship, another week to even schedule a delivery only to have it cancelled and yet to be re-scheduled (while appliances are in the warehouse in the same city). Every time we call they are coming up with different excuses while our window of delivery ends today.

GBAJ Madison AAA CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AJ Madison’s customer service in my experience was AAA. There were issues with my order, due to me entirely. First I ordered the wrong range then I didn’t do my diligence checking out the replacement range and missed some damage. AJM never gave up on me. They continued to work with me until I received the range I wanted. Everyone I encountered at AJM treated me with kindness and respect. in my estimation AJM went over and above to make sure I was a satisfied customer!!! I would not hesitate for a moment to highly recommend AJ Madison as a company to do business with.

GBMy complaint is not so much with AJ… My complaint is not so much with AJ Madison but with the Samsung refrigerators they sell. I bought a French door that is now out of warranty and has water/ice constantly under the crisper drawers. This is a KNOWN ISSUE with this refrigerator, and Samsung has a class action lawsuit based on this and other issues. Think twice before buying one or you will regret it.
