GBWARNING! Do not buy from AJ Madison WARNING! Do not buy from AJ Madison. I bought an entire kitchen appliance set; refrigerator, range, microwave, range hood, with accessories. Every piece eventually arrived late but all were damaged. After nine (9) months, I’m still struggling with AJM customer service; they do not respond to email nor do they answer their phones. Not once have they offered to replace damaged units as a first choice towards customer satisfaction. Dealing with AJM has proved to be a very painful experience, one that I’ll never be part of again. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute charges.

GBfalse marketing zero customer service Poor customer service. Passes everything to the vendor. I purchased a stainless steel built in refrigerator vs. panel ready refrigerator from them and it was misclassified. It was not only panel ready but basically I had to assemble the refrigerator. Aj Madison played dumb and refused to try to even attempt to rectify. I’m considering a class action lawsuit if nothing else, to warn consumers. They are worse than a drop ship company. A drop shipper would at least intervene on the consumer end.

GBexpensive cooktop I ordered an expensive cooktop, which arrived totally smashed. It was a hassle to get this reordered, 3 months later the 2nd one arrived totally smashed. The issue was it was being packaged with no padding and it's a glass topped cook-top. The 3rd replacement arrived last week (9 months after the 1st order) and it was completely smashed. The customer service manager was to get back to me to see if something could be done. I never heard back. Beware of this company-hard to get any service and their shipping policy is horrendous and they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT USE AJ Madison. Hours of time lost, hundreds of dollars in phone calls trying to resolve-nothing.

GBBought an undercount fridge from… Bought an undercount fridge from Ajmadison and I can honestly say it’s been a horrible experience. The freezer door was broken and took 6 weeks to get a technician to repair. The fridge door is also sagging with the technician could not adjust. Now I am waiting for another technician to come out and see if he can repair. Ajmadison’s customer service is appalling. Do not buy an Applicance from these people if it’s faulty they don’t care. Go somewhere else anywhere else do not buy from these people.
