GBWelcome to the Suck Welcome to the suck. I am embarrassed and indignant that I did business with such an uncaring and incompetent business. Prepare for misery with AJ Madison. Once you buy they disappear and pass you to an equally dim witted delivery service called AM Trucking and Home Delivery. In my case two shipments of a stackable Bosch dryer and washing machine. Both shipments appallingly muffed, deliveries missed, installers unprepared to do the work. Be prepared for misery and stress. I will NEVER work with AJ Madison again. Horrible.

GBWe JUST worked with John Pereira @ AJ… We JUST worked with John Pereira @ AJ Madison. What a great experience! I doubt that shopping for appliances (in our case, a difficult to replace refrigerator) is on the top of anyone's list as a fun thing to do an Sunday afternoon. However, John made it an amazing day. He was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful to the max. And he knows how to make things work in the city, as well. I'd dealt with AJ Madison once before and had a positive experience. This was stellar. Thank you John! Thank you! I'll be recommending you and your firm to all of my friends moving forward.

GBTerrible company Terrible company. My wife spent over $4000 on a stove, which the salesman told her that it was complete, the legs were attached and it was "no assembly required". BS, this was a DIY project (plus it was in a massive wooden crate which had to be disassembled, which she was told the delivery company would open it up to be sure no damage.. they didn't), LOTS of assembly, including picking up and supporting a 200+ lb stove to assemble the legs. No way 2 senior citizens could do this, I complained and a day later they called back and say the delivery company would come back and install the legs (10-15 minute job) for $225. Never believe ANYTHING they say. The product is beautiful (ILVE stove) but the customer service sucks big time.

GBAnyone crazy enough to order from AJ… Anyone crazy enough to order from AJ Madison should make sure that when replacing an appliance for a new one that ALL Measurements triple confirm. We order a new Bosch range to replace an Bosch range. The new appliance is off by 1”. We contact AJ Madison for a return and they said to us that the return/replace will trigger a 30% of the cost. So let’s say $2,300 + $300delivery + $100 installing will cost us over $700 to return the appliance. That’s simply PREDATORY PRACTICES in my opinion. Stay away from this company

GBReceived five products Received five products. Dishwasher missing parts, hole on interior door. Stove had left side pushed in. Because I didn’t open and inspect in the right amount of time allotted they refused to do anything. Open your products immediately otherwise you are hosed.
