GBTerrible company Terrible company. My wife spent over $4000 on a stove, which the salesman told her that it was complete, the legs were attached and it was "no assembly required". BS, this was a DIY project (plus it was in a massive wooden crate which had to be disassembled, which she was told the delivery company would open it up to be sure no damage.. they didn't), LOTS of assembly, including picking up and supporting a 200+ lb stove to assemble the legs. No way 2 senior citizens could do this, I complained and a day later they called back and say the delivery company would come back and install the legs (10-15 minute job) for $225. Never believe ANYTHING they say. The product is beautiful (ILVE stove) but the customer service sucks big time.

GBBought an undercount fridge from… Bought an undercount fridge from Ajmadison and I can honestly say it’s been a horrible experience. The freezer door was broken and took 6 weeks to get a technician to repair. The fridge door is also sagging with the technician could not adjust. Now I am waiting for another technician to come out and see if he can repair. Ajmadison’s customer service is appalling. Do not buy an Applicance from these people if it’s faulty they don’t care. Go somewhere else anywhere else do not buy from these people.

GBTotally Trash company Totally Trash company. They put off delivery for 5 times with absolutely NO reason. Now it’s already 2.5 weeks since first scheduled delivery and I haven’t seen the washer and dryer I bought. Remember, never buy anything from AJ Madison or you can never receive your stuff.

GBTerrible company Terrible company. They failed to deliver the double ovens I paid upfront for- then tried to make me give them a credit card authorization for an amount they could not tell me for delivery. When I expressed having hesitation for a blank authorization to charge me, they said I could cancel my order if they keep 35 percent of the 4500 I paid! What! I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. It’s scary. Buyer beware. Please go anywhere else! Like anywhere….

GBWe JUST worked with John Pereira @ AJ… We JUST worked with John Pereira @ AJ Madison. What a great experience! I doubt that shopping for appliances (in our case, a difficult to replace refrigerator) is on the top of anyone's list as a fun thing to do an Sunday afternoon. However, John made it an amazing day. He was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful to the max. And he knows how to make things work in the city, as well. I'd dealt with AJ Madison once before and had a positive experience.
