Bad, Bad, Bad, Very Bad Terrible company very frustrating have to deal with them the delivery company they use that is supposed to be solid and is as liquid as water they are the worst and it's no coincidence since AJ Madison is no better. So, beware and avoid AJ Madison and their delivery service AM Delivery. Bad, Bad, Bad, Very Bad.

Purchased $4500+ Miele washer dryer set… Purchased $4500+ Miele washer dryer set with stacking drawer. Never sent drawer, $249. Wouldn't respond in email or by phone. Set worthless without stacking drawer. Then when I waited through their purposeful labyrinth of phone service, they were "back ordered". Probably back ordered when I ordered originally. I will stop card payment, they can come pick them up. Plan B. This company SUCKS!

Bought an undercount fridge from… Bought an undercount fridge from Ajmadison and I can honestly say it’s been a horrible experience. The freezer door was broken and took 6 weeks to get a technician to repair. The fridge door is also sagging with the technician could not adjust. Now I am waiting for another technician to come out and see if he can repair. Ajmadison’s customer service is appalling. Do not buy an Applicance from these people if it’s faulty they don’t care. Go somewhere else anywhere else do not buy from these people.

I doubt that shopping for appliances (in our case, a difficult to replace refrigerator) is on the top of anyone's list as a fun thing to do an Sunday afternoon. However, John made it an amazing day. He was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful to the max. And he knows how to make things work in the city, as well. I'd dealt with AJ Madison once before and had a positive experience. Welcome to the Suck Welcome to the suck. I am embarrassed and indignant that I did business with such an uncaring and incompetent business. Prepare for misery with AJ Madison. Once you buy they disappear and pass you to an equally dim witted delivery service called AM Trucking and Home Delivery. In my case two shipments of a stackable Bosch dryer and washing machine. Both shipments appallingly muffed, deliveries missed, installers unprepared to do the work. Be prepared for misery and stress. I will NEVER work with AJ Madison again. Horrible.
