Terrible company Terrible company. They failed to deliver the double ovens I paid upfront for- then tried to make me give them a credit card authorization for an amount they could not tell me for delivery. When I expressed having hesitation for a blank authorization to charge me, they said I could cancel my order if they keep 35 percent of the 4500 I paid! What! I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. It’s scary. Buyer beware. Please go anywhere else! Like anywhere….

Anyone crazy enough to order from AJ… Anyone crazy enough to order from AJ Madison should make sure that when replacing an appliance for a new one that ALL Measurements triple confirm. We order a new Bosch range to replace an Bosch range. The new appliance is off by 1”. We contact AJ Madison for a return and they said to us that the return/replace will trigger a 30% of the cost. So let’s say $2,300 + $300delivery + $100 installing will cost us over $700 to return the appliance. That’s simply PREDATORY PRACTICES in my opinion. Stay away from this company

I doubt that shopping for appliances (in our case, a difficult to replace refrigerator) is on the top of anyone's list as a fun thing to do an Sunday afternoon. However, John made it an amazing day. He was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful to the max. And he knows how to make things work in the city, as well. I'd dealt with AJ Madison once before and had a positive experience. This was stellar. Thank you John! Thank you! I'll be recommending you and your firm to all of my friends moving forward.

expensive cooktop I ordered an expensive cooktop, which arrived totally smashed. It was a hassle to get this reordered, 3 months later the 2nd one arrived totally smashed. The issue was it was being packaged with no padding and it's a glass topped cook-top. The 3rd replacement arrived last week (9 months after the 1st order) and it was completely smashed. The customer service manager was to get back to me to see if something could be done. I never heard back. Beware of this company-hard to get any service and their shipping policy is horrendous and they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT USE AJ Madison. Hours of time lost, hundreds of dollars in phone calls trying to resolve-nothing.

Way off delivery date Way off delivery date, they promise something they can't deliver and then stick it to you when you want to cancel the order because THEY lied. I would steer well clear of this company, wished I had seen the reviews before I ordered, my mistake, learn from me, don't use them.
