Purchased $4500+ Miele washer dryer set… Purchased $4500+ Miele washer dryer set with stacking drawer. Never sent drawer, $249. Wouldn't respond in email or by phone. Set worthless without stacking drawer. Then when I waited through their purposeful labyrinth of phone service, they were "back ordered". Probably back ordered when I ordered originally. I will stop card payment, they can come pick them up. Plan B. This company SUCKS!

Anyone crazy enough to order from AJ… Anyone crazy enough to order from AJ Madison should make sure that when replacing an appliance for a new one that ALL Measurements triple confirm. We order a new Bosch range to replace an Bosch range. The new appliance is off by 1”. We contact AJ Madison for a return and they said to us that the return/replace will trigger a 30% of the cost. So let’s say $2,300 + $300delivery + $100 installing will cost us over $700 to return the appliance. That’s simply PREDATORY PRACTICES in my opinion. Stay away from this company

I doubt that shopping for appliances (in our case, a difficult to replace refrigerator) is on the top of anyone's list as a fun thing to do an Sunday afternoon. However, John made it an amazing day. He was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful to the max. And he knows how to make things work in the city, as well. I'd dealt with AJ Madison once before and had a positive experience. Bad, Bad, Bad, Very Bad Terrible company very frustrating have to deal with them the delivery company they use that is supposed to be solid and is as liquid as water they are the worst and it's no coincidence since AJ Madison is no better. So, beware and avoid AJ Madison and their delivery service AM Delivery. Bad, Bad, Bad, Very Bad.
