Today I paid UPS 25.63 to get my order to the correct address. Customer service was very nice but did nothing.

GARBAGE SERVICE for a product that doesn't last!!! Took company 5 months to act on my inquiry which was 2 months before the warranty expired. They finally sent me a new battery because it would not charge properly. After the unit still would not charge, they refused to help. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

Vacuum was just what I needed Vacuum was just what I needed. Like other reviews, I find that it works great on hardwood and is still effective on carpet but not 100%. Perfect for grabbing to clean up a mess quickly. Would definitely recommend if looking for an affordable, effective, cordless vacuum.

Then kept telling me it was delivered and then threatened me via email about refusing to pay. Well I refused to pay because I did not get it. Then it was finally delivered in an Amazon speaker box all damaged. Can never speak with anyone and emails may take a week for them to respond but they are quick to threaten me!! Now cannot get any replacement filters, all out of stock!!!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY from them.

Moosoo RT40 Short Battery Life - No Replacement Purchased 4/21 from Amazon. Battery life now down to 20 minutes runtime max. Customer service says replacement battery no longer available. No help on a 3rd party alternate battery. Really, with a 2 year old product ? Would never buy another Moosoo product. 12/7/23 UPDATE: For those interested in a 3rd party replacement battery, the following Cameron Sino battery will work.
