Highly recommend! I just started using this around the house and it’s been fantastic. The battery lasts a long time.I live in a condo with hardwood and area rugs. This vacuum is perfect for that environment. I think it picks up things off the floor and rug adequately. What makes it convenient is cordless, it helps a lot when I clean my house from one room to another so that I don’t have to plug in over and over again. Perfect for me. Love.

Upright is JUNK! Poor battery life and poor costumer support! I purchased an upright vacuum after purchasing 3 of the small handheld vacuums. The small ones are now into their 3rd year and still work fabulous so I’m figured I’d love the larger model just the same. However, I was very disappointed with this model. It was great until the battery died just after a year. I only used it occasionally in our second home, maybe once or twice a week. After contacting the company, they did nothing to support my issue other than wasting my time with hopeful back and forth emails. Their sixth email just stated that it was no longer under warranty and batteries were not available. So, basically if you’re looking for something that will last beyond a year, this isn’t the brand! When it worked, it was decent but one would expect a vacuum to last longer than this and any good company would back their product. Stay clear, this is JUNK!

RIPOFF! Moosoo Air Fryer Purchased Moosoo Air Fryer. Before warranty expired it died. Contacted company who stated warranty would replace air fryer but never happened. After many emails saying it was Amazon's responsibility, would I take a reduced refund, etc, etc I was basically told "Tough Luck!" I am unable to located a mailing address in the USA that I could send small claims action too. A friend of mine bought the same air fryer with the same result.

Don't buy a moosoo!! Unfortunately as so many others I found customer service completely unacceptable. The cordless S2 vacuum I purchased had the filter missing, but I didn't realize it until I watched a You Tube video how to take the dust cup off. So I thought I could find the filter online and buy it. This vacuum has no parts available to buy anywhere. So I emailed moosoo 3 times and called and waited on hold forever. As others have stated, there was no response whatsoever. Since I bought it through Walmart, they contacted moosoo for me and promised a reply within 48 hours. But again no response, so I will be contacting Walmart's customer service again. Moosoo obviously doesn't stand behind their products at all, do not buy a moosoo. A waste of money and time. At this point I will be demanding my money back in the light of their lack of response and the fact parts are not available for this vacuum.

Unable to contact them for return Bad quality product. When I tried to contact them to return it within a day of receiving it, they are unresponsive. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times
