GBInternet good Customer Care the worst! The internet service is the best that is offered here in Lufkin, TX but the customer service is way below par. I will not be using any other service due to this.

GBEasy Internet Connection! Marquis at The Cascades,Tyler, Texas I had absolutely no problems with my Optimum representative in providing all the service & billing questions as as well as scheduling at first earliest date. Chad Marr represented Optimum. The installer, Benjamin Roberts, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. They both have pride and happiness in their work. The complete transaction was flawless. I did call Optimum customer service and spoke with Anan to verify the time/date. She was exceptional listener, patience and very helpful. She answered all my questions.

GBWORST EVER WORST EVER! Coverage was not great and the number of times they had “issues” leaving me without a phone (once for 3 days!) were waaaay too many. The worst part was that after I cancelled them they continued to take $ from my account for two months! When I tried to get a refund I was told that they only give “account credit” refunds which of course was worthless to me DONT give this company your bank info!!!!

GBI originally started with their service… I originally started with their service when they went under the name Altice and they were using sprint’s and AT&T. They now lease T-Mobile’s towers. Their signal and customer service have improved greatly. I have their 20gig, unlimited talk/text plan and I’m quite satisfied with it. I feel I made the right choice.

GBCompletely TRASH Completely TRASH! Horrible le support and less the mediocre service. Saving $20-$30 is not worth bundling up. Can't get a password sent to me via email because there customer service is close, and before they Reply: YES MY EMAIL IS CORRECT!!!!! Going back to At&t when I wake up to begin my day ( by the way, I work the PM's shift) so this why I'm posting this at 4am in the morning.
