USEXTREMELY POOR SERVICE With Optimum mobile about two year. Stayed with them till now bc it's affordable. Service was not good from the beginning. Very poor phone strength. was sporadic in beginning so I stayed. Now it's outrageously awful. Constant dropped calls. problems calling out, getting incoming calls even checking voicemail I get dropped. Even if they offered the service free I would not accept it. Going to Visible. Hey Andre why would I need to contact you? Your service is clearly not fixable. I left and not regretting it. much better service with Visible.

USLittle regard for customer of 22 years Terrible customer servcie, new customers are offered $35 per month, yet as a customer of 22 years, I cannot get this rate. While I did get a discount from $117 month fot $97, it is a far cry from internet service (have it and it is working great) that is faster and half the price. Now on the phone with customer service and waiting 30 minutes on hold to cancel -- really! Hope this message is read by Optimum management team to realize that this level of service can only have a negative impact on your business. So many other terrible reviews!

USSame poor customer service as always. The company for the longest time has had the most unbelievably worst customer service. I would say it's actually how their trained. Crap attitude training how to give crap attitude to customer base! Doesnt matter if connecting or disconnecting. And your responses are a joke, especially after all these years. Changing the name hasn't helped either!

USEasy Internet Connection! Marquis at The Cascades,Tyler, Texas I had absolutely no problems with my Optimum representative in providing all the service & billing questions as as well as scheduling at first earliest date. Chad Marr represented Optimum. The installer, Benjamin Roberts, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. They both have pride and happiness in their work. The complete transaction was flawless. I did call Optimum customer service and spoke with Anan to verify the time/date. She was exceptional listener, patience and very helpful. She answered all my questions.
