GBOptimum Mobile is the WORST company Optimum Mobile is the WORST company! First, they get the address entirely wrong on my account. 2nd, was told if I didn’t like the mobile service I could cancel anytime. I kept it for a month, didn’t want it anymore. Called, cancelled. Got a bill for the following month. Called, I TOLD THEN THE ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED THE PREVIOUS MONTH ALREADY! Was told, “yes, it’s, no more bills.” ANOTHER bill came for the next month! I called AGAIN, cancelling FOR THE 3RD TIME! They charged me for 2 months, when I canceled 3 months prior! They told me some BS LIE, that “one (of my many!) calls dropped during the canceling, and they tried calling back.” That’s a complete LIE! BUYER BEWARE! Don’t use this crappy mobile service if you don’t have to! Verizon, T-mobile…anything is better than their crappy service. Ohhh, and how interesting, Optimum Mobile, you’re now in a class-action lawsuit for fraudulent charges!!!!! OPTIMUM. MOBILE. IS. GARBAGE!!! PROCEED WITH CAUTION, IF YOU PROCEED AT ALL!

GBI have had the worst customer service… I have had the worst customer service I've ever received. After 6 weeks of answering the same questions over and over, receiving assurance that my service had been repaired. Sending me to Samsung who remotely evaluated my phone to be fine. They finally decided that the problem was with the service of my callers and I should tell them they needed to get service with their provider. Last straw was following directions of their tech left me with 2 phones that wouldn't work. After a few days of working things out I finally transferred to STRAIGHT TALK 3 days into my service period. My final bill is covering another 26 days of service. In fact I hadn't had service for the previous 6 weeks, however that is policy and CAN'T be adjusted. Just one last frustrating interaction with this inadequate and incapable company.

GBInternet goes out every time it is… Internet goes out every time it is cold. When calling their non-existent "customer service", only advice is to restart the modem, which I already did 10 times, and which does nothing. The third time, they finally made a service appointment...in 7 days. That did it. after 3 years of suffering from slow, unreliable service (1G is really about 150 MBs), switched to a slightly more expensive fiberoptic competitor, installed in 2 days. Finally, useable internet...something Optimum will not provide. Optimum is a racket, class action needed.

GBIf there was negative stars I would use… If there was negative stars I would use that. My 91 yr old mother called to get 500 mbps internet service and was duped into a 1 gig internet and mobile plan - she needed neither and the salesperson completely took advantage of her. I called and emailed multiple times and they still charged her and went so far as to schedule an installation. After being transferred several times, I was transferred to a very helpful gentleman named William in redemptions who was able (I hope) to cancel the service. Now I am being told the refund will take 45 days. This is a complete scam- they charged her card within minutes of the initial call and even though I called and she called to cancel within 90 minutes. I am going to petition her retirement facility to switch away from Optimum asap and move to a more reputable company that doesn't prey on senior citizens.

GBNothing is Optimum about Optimum Optimum by far is the absolute worst cell phone provider I have ever had. All agents are overseas and you cannot get an agent within the United States. The level of customer service is deplorable. Had I known this I would not have signed up with Optimum. Week 1 I logged more that 16 hours trying to get issues resolved from data to voicemail. It's been a nightmare. Do your homework. Make sure you have representatives who are in the U.S. the customer service will be better.
