USImpossible to give a lower rating than… Impossible to give a lower rating than 1 star. Internet constantly dropping connection. Customer Service chat techs are smart -alecks that threaten you if questions them. Infrastructure of the network here is ancient and should have been replaced long ago. Guess is 10+yr old equipment. They do not want to provide better service only because there are no other options at this time, so they put the screws to their customers .

USInternet goes out every time it is… Internet goes out every time it is cold. When calling their non-existent "customer service", only advice is to restart the modem, which I already did 10 times, and which does nothing. The third time, they finally made a service appointment...in 7 days. That did it. after 3 years of suffering from slow, unreliable service (1G is really about 150 MBs), switched to a slightly more expensive fiberoptic competitor, installed in 2 days. Finally, useable internet...something Optimum will not provide. Optimum is a racket, class action needed.

USI originally started with their service… I originally started with their service when they went under the name Altice and they were using sprint’s and AT&T. They now lease T-Mobile’s towers. Their signal and customer service have improved greatly. I have their 20gig, unlimited talk/text plan and I’m quite satisfied with it. I feel I made the right choice.

UScancellation money grab Customers should know that when you are ready to cancel your service make sure you do it a day BEFORE the end of you billing cycle. If you cance even one day after the new billing cycle begins, you’ll be charged for an entire month, even if you return all your equipment and you have a receipt to prove it. They charged me an additional $200 AFTER my service was canceled.

USUnable to set up visual voice mail Unable to set up visual voice mail. Went to Optimum Store, said they couldn't help cal *611 for help which didn't work so I went to online chat for 2 1/2 hours still no visual voice mail. Was going to switch our other phones from Verizon. Not switching after such terrible customer service.
