USI recently purchased an otterbox for my… I recently purchased an otterbox for my iPad Air. There was no screen protector with the case, I thought it was a quality control thing. Took it back to the store and the employee looked up another cover for me and read that otterbox no longer provides screen covers because of the way it makes the device look cheap (?). Really? The huge bulky case didn’t do that already. I have purchased otterbox because of the protection it provides. Now, without the screen protector as part of the system I believe it’s useless. Shame on this company. You used to have a great product but are you now trying to nickel and dime us? Going elsewhere to find protection for my electronics from now on. I really trusted this company before, it is really hard to stay brand loyal when the brand cheapens itself and is no longer worth it to the consumer.

USWarranty is Misleading and False Advertising My husband has had an Otterbox on his phone for about 4 years now. It finally is on its last leg from normal wear and he decided he needed a new one. I realized he could get a replacement through OtterBoxes warranty that they offer on ALL of their cases. WRONG!!! I was told that ALL of the cases for his phone had been discontinued and they no longer carry any for his phone but they offered him a discount for future purchases. What is he going to purchase if all the items for his phone are discontinued? I sure as heck do not use OtterBox and absolutely refused to after this so that discount was pointless. What is the point of the lifetime warranty if it's not actually a lifetime warranty? Misleading and false advertising. Do better.
