Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Product not delivered despite ordering over 2 weeks ago. Been told I need to wait an additional week. Wished I’d checked TripAdvisor first.

Appalling Customer Support I tried to place an order and pay via PayPal. The system then wouldn’t process order stating payment failed yet it put hold on payment with PayPal. I contacted their customer service by email, had template response saying they would investigate and not to contact again. 22 days later the hold is still on and they emailed me today telling me to try and order again. Obviously I have since ordered from reliable supplier and all I want is the hold on my account released. Appalling customer service and lack of care.

Screen protector film for S23 Screen protector film for S23 is absolute garbage. Instructions aren't clear, the various tabs and covers attached to the film don't come off properly when trying to install and the result was about as smooth as the surface of the moon. Went in the bin. Ridiculously expensive for what it was and a high standard delivery charge.

So I got a new Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra… So I got a new Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra which is crazy expensive so I decided to go back with a brand that was amazing back in the day never had a problem with them paid $100 for this new case within 6 months I cracked my screen and then a week later the phone case broke they have went so cheap with these cases
