GBOver rated, over prices ,does not keep promises. Me and my daughter bought Otterbox cases. They are overated and definitely over priced. We paid for them 60 dollars each.Hers broke after 8 months and, yes, they replaced for the very same model wich broke after another 6 months.My model is discontinued and Otterbox company does not offer replacement or reimbursement anymore.I asked for Amazon cupon since I faund one, what I believed would be fair.Their refused it as well.So I found this company untrusty ,producing low , very low quality cases for sky rocking prices.I will not buy anything from them.But, of cource, the choice is yours.

GBDon’t be put off I ordered a case for my iPhone and then read the reviews on this site. I begun to think id made a mistake but a week after ordering my case it arrived by EVRI in perfect condition. I received an email with a tracking number and EVRI contacted me when they received it. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off and the case fits my iPhone perfectly.

GBPeel This Tab 1st, didn't peel anything When trying to apply the screen protector, it said to Peel this Tab. which I did and it wasn't connected to the film. I set it aside and then realized that is the screen protector and figured out there actually is a film. The little Peel tag didn't do anything. So I peeled off the film with out a tab, put the screen protector back in the template and it went on crooked so now the camera is covered up. Now, how do I fix that?

GBI recently purchased an otterbox for my… I recently purchased an otterbox for my iPad Air. There was no screen protector with the case, I thought it was a quality control thing. Took it back to the store and the employee looked up another cover for me and read that otterbox no longer provides screen covers because of the way it makes the device look cheap (?). Really? The huge bulky case didn’t do that already. I have purchased otterbox because of the protection it provides. Now, without the screen protector as part of the system I believe it’s useless. Shame on this company. You used to have a great product but are you now trying to nickel and dime us? Going elsewhere to find protection for my electronics from now on. I really trusted this company before, it is really hard to stay brand loyal when the brand cheapens itself and is no longer worth it to the consumer.

GBTerrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Product not delivered despite ordering over 2 weeks ago. Been told I need to wait an additional week. Wished I’d checked TripAdvisor first.
