Poor customer service and they blame… Poor customer service and they blame the pandemic. When will businesses understand that covid 19 is not an excuse for poor behavior? They are not adapting well and do not have the nice usa reps on staff any longer. The use independent reps who keep asking online if im done. Yes i am done with this company that chooses to not adapt to our new normal after 1 year. They are going extinct. Amazon has many other choices.

Pretty sure I would remember stopping a train with it or pulling it out of an alligator. Sound quality is horrible and I am forced to resort to texting. It gets 2 stars because it passed the waterproof test and it has a silent button instead of the Ounne's tiny nubby knob made for elves.

Dissapointing at the least I was given a life proof case for my iPhone 5 around 5 months ago, for my birthday. Within 2 months, the protruding rubber layer around the screen began to peel off, and eventually, the plastic screen protector peeled off with its seal too. The clip to access the charging port also came off due to faulty, weak hinges within two weeks. Supposedly "life proof", and with very minimal use that certainly doesn't push any of the cases limits, I'd say it's far from life proof. And a real dissapointment.

I decided buy one with my last phone a few years ago and recently just purchased a new one for my new device. My experience with lifeproof has been great and their warranty policy is excellent, never getting another brand of phone cases as long as they keep up the good work!

The waterproof gasket fell out The rubber around the screen separated. 5 dollar cases from eBay offer more protection. This case should have been removed from its packaging and thrown in the bin.
