USPoor customer service and they blame… Poor customer service and they blame the pandemic. When will businesses understand that covid 19 is not an excuse for poor behavior? They are not adapting well and do not have the nice usa reps on staff any longer. The use independent reps who keep asking online if im done. Yes i am done with this company that chooses to not adapt to our new normal after 1 year. They are going extinct. Amazon has many other choices.

NZWon't buy again Have had several Lifeproof Fre cases over the years. They've always worked well for waterproofness. The (old) lifetime warranty made them worth the extra money (had a replacement on a charging door once). The one I bought for my Samsung S8 in May 2019 was already looking a bit dodge for waterproofness by November and definitely not waterproof by January. I didn't prioritize a warranty replacement tho and by the time I got around to it pretty disappointing to find...now only a 12-month warranty. Must have changed when they got purchased by Otter. Pretty lame.

USI’ve always had phone cases for my… I’ve always had phone cases for my device but I haven’t always used lifeproof. I decided buy one with my last phone a few years ago and recently just purchased a new one for my new device. My experience with lifeproof has been great and their warranty policy is excellent, never getting another brand of phone cases as long as they keep up the good work!

USTrain trauma or alligator appetizer Train trauma or alligator appetizer? Case isn't a month old and already cracked. Pretty sure I would remember stopping a train with it or pulling it out of an alligator. Sound quality is horrible and I am forced to resort to texting. It gets 2 stars because it passed the waterproof test and it has a silent button instead of the Ounne's tiny nubby knob made for elves.

USTerrible Rip-Off Company and here’s… Terrible Rip-Off Company and here’s why; overpriced products, really really bad customer service. If you need to exchange or return, they treat you like crap and are no longer considered a valued customer but an annoyance. They will not let you exchange, only return and repurchase. They charge you a fee to return because they don’t allow exchanges, then they charge again for shipping out your replacement piece. Also they take up to 4 weeks to process your return so it doesn’t hit their books for a selected time period. My advice is to find a similar product on Amazon or any other website or company.
